Prinsip ini sangat relevan bagi setiap negara dalam membangunkan sistem pertahanan ketenteraan yang merupakan prinsip utama dalam setiap komponen dalam dasar pembangunan ketenteraan pertahanan negara. Salah satu perbincangan aplikasi prinsip pertahanan berdikari ini terhadap pembangunan Industri Pertahanan Malaysia yang bermula sejak awal tahun 1970an dan sehingga kini konsep ini perlu dimantapkan bagi membangunkan industri pertahanan Malaysia serta bagi memastikan kebergantungan kepada industri luar dapat dikurangkan. Penulisan ini membincangkan pembangunan Industri Pertahanan Malaysia, konsep industri pertahanan dan keperluan prinsip pertahanan berdikari dalam membangunkan Industri Pertahanan Malaysia yang membangun dan maju.

The success and popular products of Samsung are smartphones, various smart televisions, refrigerators, washing machines and so on. This Korean company had gone through a long historical journey before becoming a successful company. The behind story of Samsung was its culture in business. Hence, globalization era made Samsung become bigger and expand throughout multiple countries. That leads this company facing different cross-cultural issue in global business. Both, employer and employees have different roles in achieving company mission and managing cross-culture issues. The purpose of this study is to learn on what is culture in global business and how Samsung success going through a long journey before coming out as the market leader in producing electronic products. The focus of this study is based on managing cross-cultural in the global business. That would include on how Samsung overcome issue in communication with internal and external stakeholders. The finding also include on how Samsung transfer information into company strategy in throughout different country and market.

International business today is growing not only involves a large company, but it has been a trend to any individual who wants to expand the market of a product. A business has a high dependence on economic growth, the state of the local area and the extent to which the development of modern technology can be mastered by any party. This study is intended to look at some literature review that focused on the factors that are the drivers for the development of the international business market that has been applied by Toyota. In 2011, Nike has operated in Indonesia was criticized by several NGO’s because of low wages for the employee which is 2.50$ a day where the product itself is handmade and expensive. Nike Incorporation is a company that produces sports goods such as shoes, trousers, clothes and so on, where had been operating since the year 1976. Fiscal in 2015, has a manufacture in Vietnam, China, and Indonesia respectively produced 43%, 32% and 20% shoes branded by Nike. This paper made is intended to see how far Nike, Inc. violated business ethics in the wages of labor rate context which occurred in Indonesia. This also can become a reference to any parties to identify the causes of unethical business activity in the world.
