Face as an object consists of distinct features for detection; therefore, it remains most challenging research area for scholars in the field of computer vision and image processing. In this survey paper, we have tried to address most endeavoring face features such as pose invariance, aging, illuminations and partial occlusion. They are considered to be indispensable factors in face recognition system when realized over facial images. This paper also studies state of the art face detection techniques, approaches, viz. Eigen face, Artificial Neural Networks (ANN), Support Vector Machines (SVM), Principal Component Analysis (PCA), Independent Component Analysis (ICA), Gabor Wavelets, Elastic Bunch Graph Matching, 3D morphable Model and Hidden Markov Models. In addition to the aforementioned works, we have mentioned different testing face databases which include AT & T (ORL), AR, FERET, LFW, YTF, and Yale, respectively for results analysis. However, aim of this research is to provide comprehensive literature review over face recognition along with its applications. And after in depth discussion, some of the major findings are given in conclusion.

Business companies perform analysis for public opinions about their products and services. Likewise, politicians do it for understanding their popularity among people for their policies. Twitter provides platform to online users for sharing their opinions about certain events, news, and trends around the world. Thus, leading to generation of massive unstructured data (i.e., textual data). This paper presents determination of subjectivity (i.e., opinions) embedded in unstructured data by means of lexicon-based method. The study considered three different datasets: 1) Dataset1 â crawled from Twitter based on certain topics, 2) Dataset2 â user reviews about three websites (imdb.com, amazon.com, yelp.com) and 3) Dataset3 - review comments about research articles reviewed by experts. The Dataset2 and Dataset3 also contained expert opinions; therefore, subjectivity of these datasets has been compared with expert opinions to validate the applied method. The outcomes showed significant potential and effectiveness of the lexicon-based method.

A frequent observation in the software development industry is that by making use of agile project development style, projects are expected to be successful. Agile use to keep track of the constant changing development environment [1]. For a traditional software development organization, highly effective techniques are required to adopt agile methodology. Adopting agile signifies shoring more cooperative environments and organizational policies that enable self-organization and team efficiency. The ability to meet client needs, improved software quality/fewer defects, reduced time and costs and the timely delivery of quality product are tremendous advantages of using agile development [2]. For a successful implementation of agile in an organization, transformation model needs to be used in an efficient manner. While adopting agile development, numbers of organizations come across issues and challenges along with their own projects success and failure stories. In order to identify the issues related to agile development adoption and its impact over the quality of end product, we have conducted a survey. In this survey, people from 50 different organizations interviewed. Some highly occurring issues, in adopting the agile development methodology and affect of agile over the quality of the end product were identified.

A cost effective system is the necessity in the developing countries. Methods: The application exploits the cyberspace information in order to locate the safest route to be chosen from source to destination and ensure people who want to reach home in minimum time. Also the route information is crawled through the internet. Different parameters have been identified in order to evaluate the risk conditions for some selected alternative. Findings: By increasing the number of attributes affecting the route selection better results can be mined from the available news set. Novelty/Improvement: Combining and investigating the nature of event over some specific place may reveal the criminal activities at some point.

Most smart apps are not available in multiple languages, users are bounded to use apps in the language in which the app is developed. Developing a multilingual app and taking input in multiple languages is still a headache for developers. This research aims to develop a multilingual keyboard package for flutter apps. By using this package developers can easily add a multilingual keyboard to their apps. For now, the package only supports English, Urdu, and Sindhi languages. Along with language keyboards, we have added some special characters and a numeric keyboard as well.
