Increased longevity is often accompanied by structural and functional changes that occur throughout an individual’s lifespan. These changes are often aggravated by chronic comorbidities, adopted behaviors or lifestyles, and environmental exposure, among other factors. Some of the related outcomes are loss of muscle strength, decreased balance control, and mobility impairments, which are strongly associated with the occurrence of falls in the elderly. Despite the continued undervaluation of the importance of knowledge on fall prevention among the elderly population by primary care health professionals, several evidence-based (single or multifaceted) fall prevention programs such as the Otago Exercise Program (OEP) have demonstrated a significant reduction in the risk of falls and fall-related injuries in the elderly within community se...

Methods: EMERSE was utilized to identify patients diagnosed with OV, FT, PP, and EC who underwent tumor genomic profiling at our institution between April 2014-January 2019. All patients who underwent testing with verifiable results were included in our retrospective cohort. Patients were excluded if they had synchronous cancers and germline or non-solid tumor testing only. Clinical information was abstracted from the medical record. Descriptive statistics were performed. Results: 513 patients were included (n=226 OV/FT/PP, n=287 EC). In the OV/FT/PP cohort, 58.5% (n=125) of patients had at least one CRGM, with 39.1% (n=67) of patients having more than one CRGM. Fallopian tube cancers were less likely to be associated with CRGMs vs non-CRGMs (14.3 vs 29.1...
