Currently, object implementations facilitate object group model to organize the object services. In addition to the complexity of object grouping, researchers also seek to improve the quality of service (QoS) by various means such as implementing load balancing to the system. This paper deals with the proposed load balancing service of distributed object groups. The proposed load balancing service uses the dynamic replication scheme which is mechanized by flow balance assumption (FBA) that derives from the arrival and service rate to execute request forwarding to new objects. The proposed on-demand replication scheme adjusts the number of replicated objects based on the arrival rate to minimize the waiting time of clients. It consists of procedures such as intercepting the request and executing on-demand activation of objects. The result of the simulation shows the improvement of the total mean client request completion time of the system as compared to other load balancing schemes.

These patterns are also useful in finding trends, allocating resources and other information with the mobile user. In our paper, a location management on location based services using collaborative agents is presented. In this study, we proposed an agent which learns from the pattern of the user mobility and predict the future location of mobile object to optimize the search method of the location management. We use the association rules and basing on these rules the agent predicts the future mobile location. Also, these agents coordinate to each other by telling the knowledge of the possible location of the mobile object on the distributed location-based services. The result using the technique optimizes the search method of the location management.

In addition, multi-agent systems are applied in location-based service for autonomous interaction of the system. Different data mining techniques are applied for knowledge discovery from location-based services. However, wireless environment limits the transmission of large data and possible for errors. This work presents a multi-agent framework for the location-based service using data mining. To support the data mining, a data compressor agent (DCA) based on neuro-fuzzy classifier is proposed. DCA performs data preprocessing where it merges the less frequent dataset by using neuro-fuzzy classifier before sending the data. User agent processes the knowledge discovery by using data mining like association rule mining. The result shows the proposed neuro-fuzzy data compression is more efficient compressor.

Fuzzy clustering is used to construct the classifier structure for the grouping technique and neuro-fuzzy algorithm is used to adjust the fuzzy system in creating the accurate classifier. After the adjustment, each peer is processed in multi-ring algorithm using the fuzzy membership function of NFC. The scalable peer grouping contributes on load distribution by forwarding incoming request to the least loaded peer. Performance result showed that the proposed scalable peer grouping classifies more peers in a group for availability of resources and accurately classifies peer group.

To ensure the seamless connectivity of a moving client, a prediction based on association mining of mobility patterns is used to perform the replication of services in the next base station. The proposed neuro-association mining is based on Apriori to generate rules for prediction and these rules become nodes for the structure of multilayer perceptron (MLP) to classify the next location and replicate the resource currently serving the mobile client. We present our simulation environment for the ubiquitous middleware and a classification performance evaluation where the proposed algorithm shows more accurate and provide more comprehensive structure compared to neural network based classifiers.

Adding this function to location-based services provides necessary information to user within the location to be aware of the user's location. But not all LBS could provide the necessary information that interests the user. In this research we propose a location-aware agent that interacts with the LBS and providing location awareness service by adding the task of data mining. This agent extracts additional information by deploying a mobile agent in the database of LBS and mines the data. To make efficiency on our approach, we present a data mining which has a feature of user profile to extract the relevant information that the user more interests and allows awareness of the location.

In this paper, an intelligent distributed framework is presented to address the use of intelligent models for adaptive distributed object groups. Moreover, this paper proposes the agent-based data-mining model for implementing adaptive schemes using data mining algorithms and efficient interactions using multi-agent system. The k-means algorithm constructs group classes of object, multilayer perceptron classifies the client requests using the classes constructed from k-means and patterns generated from Apriori algorithm determine the next object needed to be replicated. For efficient interactions, the data mining is modeled in multi-agent system. Simulation result using the proposed model shows great improvements on serving clients by minimizing delay time and optimizes system performance by efficient load distribution.

In the parking system, RFID together with wireless sensors are used for identifying cars entering a parking area and monitoring of parking slots. However, there is no means to identify the car parked in a specific slot. This paper proposes a location technique in WSN-based parking management system using radio signal patterns from WSN for a cost-effective method in identifying the car parked in a slot. The proposed pattern recognizer agent (PRA) uses a multilayer perceptron (MLP) to classify the patterns from radio signal strength (RSS) of wireless sensors by associating the signals in a specific parking slot. The implementations provide a training model for RSS patterns and uses classification method in the locating technique. The experiment showed a comparison of the proposed method to other classification algorithms and found that MLP is more accurate classifier and time-efficient in building the classification model.

Basic search method for resources is commonly implemented, however, the design for usercentric service provisioning is still a challenge. Another concern of IT society is the pollution caused by the data centers. Our proposal exploits various intelligent methods to improve the service provisioning and resource management of cloud computing for Green IT. To provide the intelligent service provisioning, we present the grouping method and replication for cloud services. To promote the optimal resource allocation for Green Computing, we present the dynamic resource sharing and load balancing of cloud servers. Also, our proposed design considers transparency of the complex interactions of managing cloud services and hardware resources on resource management layer.

The communication framework for messaging in the distributed databases is done using Common Object Resource Broker Architecture (CORBA). Based on the generated driving patterns, we are able to assign corresponding insurance policies. The proposed iDAMA mechanism is able to verify whether the generated patterns correspond to the baseline driving scheme with respect to the preset probability level. This mechanism reduces the task of computation and analysis since the proposed model yields interpretable and automatic assignment of policy schemes.

This research aims to improve that quality of service by utilizing a localized monitoring service that will choose an appropriate object in the event of a disconnected object that a client is accessing. By gathering the requested object’s properties, the monitoring service will choose a new object by comparing these properties with other objects based on k?nearest neighbor. Furthermore, this study introduced new services to the intelligent distributed framework; the fault detector, fault notification, and monitoring service. Fault analyzer is also encouraged to be incorporated in the application layer to register with the fault notification service to receive fault reports.
