CV: DR. ROBERTO RODRIGUEZ ANAYADr. Roberto Anaya has a degree in developmental psychology, having studied both at the Autonomous University of Aguascalientes and the University of San Luis Potosí between the years 2000 and 2004. He concluded at 2007 postgraduate studies at the Autonomous University Ciudad Juarez, Master of Social Sciences for Public Policy Design in the specialty of Community Intervention. He continued his studies at same university, earning his PhD title in Social Sciences in the terminal area of Government and Public Policy, with emphasis on Educational Policy on 2012, master thesis: "Moral Reasoning and educational ideology. A study located in adolescence oriented towards democratic education" and PhD thesis: "Education for democracy and citizenship training. Moral reasoning and educational ideology at teachers training institutions in the state of Chihuahua".Dr. Anaya has worked in the educational levels of secondary and higher education in the area of vocational guidance and teaching, as well as educational and health institutions with human development programs. Between 2007 and 2012 he held teaching and research activities at the Autonomous University of Ciudad Juarez in education programs and, teaching the courses Sociology of Education, Counselling, Social Psychology and Thesis Seminar
