Formación Docente y Campo Profesional código B-201 de la Universidad Nacional del Comahue Bariloche. En esta presentación se comparte el análisis realizado a partir de una evaluación de nudos de escalada llevada a cabo con estudiantes de tercer año del Profesorado en Educación Física que cursaron la asignatura Deportes Regionales Estivales I durante el año 2018.

Such collaboration is usually supported by integration platforms which process all inter-organizational service interactions. In turn, these collaborative environments have to satisfy compliance requirements originating from different sources (e.g. laws, standards). This paper proposes a comprehensive approach to compliance management in inter-organizational service integration platforms. The approach defines a compliance management life cycle for this context and a common framework to homogeneously manage compliance issues in different areas.

Indeed, blockchains work by design in silos of information as interoperability is not a native feature. The main efforts in the field target permissionless blockchains, such as Bitcoin and Ethereum. However, interoperability in permissioned blockchains remains as an almost untouched area of work as they introduce additional requirements focusing on privacy and identity. Although there are some interoperability solutions for permissioned blockchains, they are either high-level design proposals not providing concrete implementations or focus on interoperability issues between business applications and blockchain platforms. Managing Consistency in e-Government Transactions

E-Government systems implementing inter-organizational processes based on service orchestration c... more E-Government systems implementing inter-organizational processes based on service orchestration constitute a trend worldwide. Nevertheless, ensuring the consistency of transactions stills remains an open issue. While database transactional protocols (such as two-phase-commit) have been largely applied to enforce data consistency in distributed database systems, they have a limited application in SOA-based environments. Furthermore, providing users a consistent view of the executed business processes requires, among others, using a process notation including transactions as first-class element as well as exception handling mechanisms to address some of these problems. It also requires applying design and modeling best practices and execution guidelines, such as process patterns, to obtain business process models with the desired quality characteristics. This paper addresses these issues and sketches a proposal for business process and data consistency mechanisms to be applied in an e-Government environment.

International social security agreements aim at protecting social rights of migrant workers by enabling the portability of social benefits, which involve managing billions of dollars paid worldwide by the signatory countries. This involves significant cross-border data exchange and back-office information processing. The effective and reliable implementation of agreements, therefore, requires an intensive application of information and communication technology (ICT) to ensure the integrity of the process. In this paper, a series of enterprise architectures were presented that will help the designers of the systems of social security institutions to carry out the international agreements.

Such collaboration is usually supported by integration platforms which process messages within inter-organizational service interactions. In turn, these collaborative environments have to satisfy compliance requirements concerning different areas (e.g. data privacy, quality of service) which may impact on these interactions. In such cases, some aspects of compliance requirements may be controlled within integration platforms. This paper proposes a policy-based solution to compliance control within inter-organizational service integration platforms. The solution comprises a system-level compliance control subsystem, which extends such platforms for controlling compliance at the message level, and a compliance policy language, which allows specifying how requirements have to be controlled leveraging the components of this subsystem.

Organizations have to satisfy a growing number of compliance requirements (e.g. established by la... more Organizations have to satisfy a growing number of compliance requirements (e.g. established by laws) internally as well as when they interact with other organizations. Some aspects of these requirements have impact on the software systems that support the operation of organizations. In turn, integration platforms are largely used in order to facilitate the integration of heterogeneous systems, within intra-organizational as well as inter-organizational contexts. To this end, such platforms process and adapt messages exchanges between systems in order to solve integration issues. Given its mediation role and capabilities, integration platforms constitute a suitable place to control compliance requirements within these messages exchanges. This paper characterizes our previous work on controlling compliance requirements within adaptive integration platforms and presents an analysis of key features identifying the overall benefits, limitations and challenges of this approach.

Such integration is usually supported by middleware-based integration platforms that enable different styles of interactions (e.g. service-oriented, message-based) between heterogeneous and distributed systems. In addition, these collaborative and integrated environments have to satisfy compliance requirements originating from different sources (e.g. laws, agreements) that may, in particular, apply to the interactions between organizations. This paper proposes a middleware and policy-based approach to compliance management for collaborative organizations interactions. The approach comprises design time mechanisms (e.g. a domain specific language, a policy language) and runtime mechanisms (e.g. a policy enforcement point, an obligations service) which extend a middlewarebased integration platform. The proposal aims to promote the maintanaibility, flexibility, agility and reuse of compliance solutions in these contexts by providing the means to uniformly specify compliance requirements as well as to define how these requirements are to be managed within an integration platform.

Our approach is to model the behaviour of sources and system data quality, and use these models as a basic input for DIS quality maintenance. In this paper we present techniques for the construction of quality behaviour models, as well as an overview of the general mechanism for DIS quality maintenance.

Resumen-The integration of software systems running in different healthcare organizations is incr... more Resumen-The integration of software systems running in different healthcare organizations is increasingly required in order exchange data and carrying out healthcare processes in coordinated ways. This integration is usually supported by integration platforms which are based on advanced middleware technologies, like the Enterprise Service Bus (ESB). In addition, data quality in the healthcare area is critical to take timely and accurate decisions for the health and well-being of patients. This paper proposes a data quality aware ESB (DQ-ESB) for e-Health integration platforms which allows assessing and enforcing data quality within inter-organizational data exchanges. DQ-ESB handles an extensible data quality model which includes quality characteristics identified within the Uruguayan e-Health context. DQ-ESB provides data quality solutions based on native ESB mechanisms (e.g. data transformation) and it was implemented leveraging the Switchyard ESB product.
