Even experienced orthopaedic surgeons may have not come across this entity during their careers. We report a misdiagnosed case of a 65-year-old male who underwent a motorcycle accident and was surgically treated six months post-injury. This case has been the ground for research since then. We have come to the conclusion that this type of injury is probably not so uncommon as previously thought. Careful evaluation is of immense importance during diagnosis protocol, and practitioners should be aware of this injury pattern in order to avoid misdiagnosis.

It can be of traumatic or nontraumatic origin and is usually seen in weight-lifting trainers as a result of stress-induced osteolysis of the distal clavicle, a phenomenon known as stress failure syndrome. We present a rare case of nontraumatic osteolysis of the distal clavicle in a 65-year-old, male, non-weight lifter who was referred to our outpatient clinic. Osteolysis was revealed on plain radiographs and was confirmed with magnetic resonance imaging. Diagnostic approach, differential diagnosis, and management of this rare manifestation are discussed.

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan dua subjek yakni kepala sekolah dan guru TK Citra Samata. Kabupaten Gowa. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan guide interview semi tertutup yang hasilnya diolah menggunakan teknik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa TK Citra Samata telah melakukan proses penilaian melalui lima tahap, yakni tahap perencanaan, tahap pelaksanaan atau pencatatan, pengolahan hasil belajar, pengarsipan, dan pelaporan. Dalam perencanaan, TK Citra Samata dalam membuat soal terlebih dahulu menyiapkan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran Harian (RPPH), menetapkan alat dan kriteria penilaian, dan menentukan indikator pencapaian anak dengan waktu dan tempat yang tepat.
