The study is organized near the comprehensive process model consisting of three propositions which are derived from the literature review. The small medium enterprises (SMEs) in a social manner and presents a comprehensive model which includes all these facets. Microfinance is now important for the development of economy, because micro finance addresses the critical issues of unequal distribution of money amongst individuals or groups having low income. The comprehensive model presented in the study will assist policy makers and research academicians in taking various strategic decisions making for proper implementation of the schemes devised with a noble concern for development.
