By maximizing the output of a PV/T system for simultaneous heating and cooling, this strategy can meet over 60% of urban households’ heating needs and around 40% of their cooling needs. In this work, a novel PV/T evaporator was designed, fabricated, and an aluminium foil encapsulated hydrated salt (HS36) PCM was integrated with the PV/T evaporator of the PV/T direct expansion heat pump system (PV/T-DXHP). Energy analysis was carried out on the PV/T-DXHP system with PCM in tropical climate regions of India for achieving net zero energy buildings. The experimental study revealed that the average PV electricity efficiency was 14.17%, which is near the PV panel’s STC value. The aluminum alloy 5083 0 has been used in the shipbuilding industry due to its corrosion resistance properties wants is a nanoparticle that has unique properties based on its structure. Moreover, the presence of carbon results in a very high wear resistance. Its high tensile strength along with its good electrical properties makes it a desirable reinforcement for aluminum alloys. Friction stir processing is a solidstate processing technology that has acquired significant attention in recent years because of the solid-state processing wherein the mixing of materials takes place in the plastic state. This removes the disadvantages of liquid-state processing such as casting, which occurs in high temperatures and leads to various defects, in turn reducing the strength of the composites. These were the motivation behind the current study. In the present study, MWCNTs were reinforced in the magnesium-based aluminum alloy 5083 0. This study exploits the presence of carbon as a self-lubricating feature.

In the current study eggshell powder has been used as a reinforcement and Aluminum Alloy (AA) 2024 as the matrix to obtain a AMMC. The use of naturally available resources as reinforcement is being explored to reduce the cost of composites. 7%, 10%, 13% wt percentage of egg shell powder was used to fabricate three different composites. Mechanical characteristics like Tensile strength, hardness, compression strength have been evaluated. The FESEM analysis was also carried out to examine the distribution of the reinforcement in the matrix. The obtained micrograph was correlated with mechanical properties achieved.
