Spanning trees and sum-of-disjoint product approach is one of the ways of evaluating this reliability measure. The purpose of this paper is to provide a new dimension to the computation of global reliability in undirected networks by defining and using g-minimal cut sets with SDP based multi-variable inversion (MVI) technique without any requirement of complex mathematics or graph-theory concepts. These cut sets turns out to be much less than the number of spanning tress. The paper presents an algorithm to enumerate such g-minimal cut sets with an illustrative example. Besides, it provides results for several other networks to show the efficacy of the proposed approach.

Credit certainly goes to developed countries with expected life expectancy to be 82.1 yrs. Developing country like India would also be not far behind with expected life expectancy to be 75 yrs. Common causes of death are also showing transition from communicable to non communicable and stress related causes. This study mainly deals with common causes of death and there trends related to sex and age. Cardiac (including vascular), head and abdominal injuries due to road traffic accident and burn are the common causes of death. Males are more prone to stress related cause like cardiac while females are more prone to unnatural cause like Burn.

However like other scientific programme, stem cells research programme has created many scientific controversies and has raised social, legal and ethical issues, thus creating challenges for regulatory bodies, policy makers and scientists for making a uniform guideline in view of potential application of stem cell research and development of advance center for research activities. An open dialogue between the scientific community, physicians, patients and their advocates, lawmakers, and the lay population should be done to raise and address important ethical and legal issues and to balance the benefits and risks associated with stem cell Research and Therapy.
