O... more Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) is an autoimmune rheumatic disease with cause tissue damage. One of SLE threatment is corticosteroid as the anti-inflamatory and immunosupression. Because it has many side effect, its use should be carefull. The study aims to determine usage patterns and analysis of corticosteroid Drug related problem's patient lupus in internal medicine wards at RSUP Dr.M.Djamil Padang in 2013. The research was done descriptively using retrospective data obtained from a medical record for patien lupus in internal medicine wards in 2013. The quantitative analysis result, total of 37 people wih lupus are dominated by women (93,94%) in most age range 17-25 years old (57,57%) using corticosteroid medications is methyl prednisolone (90,90%) and prednisone (3,03%) of the oral utilization (60,60%). Reveal any drug related problem's (DRP's) in the administration of oral prednisone (6,06%) and drug interactions of corticosteroid in the recipe (21,21%).
