Epoxy based composites is one of them. This paper presents the density, hardness, Tensile strength and Flexural strength properties of composites made from Boron nitride filler particles and epoxy resin (EPOFINE - 556 + FINEHARD- 951). The density, hardness, Tensile strength and Flexural strength tests of composites based on HBN filler particles at different filler contents viz. bare, 0%,1%, 2%, 3%, 4%, and 5% and their testing were carried out according to standards i.e. density (ASTM D792) hardness (ASTM D2583), tensile strength (ASTM D638) and flexural strength (ASTM D790) respectively and their results were presented. To maintain balance, it turns the wheels at just the right speed, so you move forward. The Self-balancing two wheeler is an intelligent vehicle which uses gyroscopic sensors detects the motion of rider, so that he can accelerate, brake or steer the vehicle. This selfbalancing is absolutely ecofriendly mode of transport which causes zero pollution. There are several ways in order to design an efficient self-balancing bicycle which are by using control moment gyroscope (CMG), mass balancing, steering control and reaction wheel. Based on previous research, the usage of CMG is the suitable choice since it can produce large amount of torque, it has no ground reaction forces, and the system can be stable even when the bicycle is stationary.

Various methods for making such foams are availab le. Some techniques start from specially prepared molten metals with ad justed viscosities. Such melts can be foamed by in jecting gases or by adding g as-releasing blowing agents which decompose in-situ, causing the formation of bubbles. A further way is to start from solid precursors containing a blowing agent. These can be prepared by mixing metal powders with a b lowing agent, compacting the mix and then foaming the compact by melting. A lternatively, casting routes can be used to make such precursors. Surface roughness is one of the most commonly used criteria to determine quality of a turned surface. The surface roughness of a turned surface is an important response parameter. Surface roughness contributes to better function or longer life span. It also contributes to abrasion resistance material and good wear resistance. Taguchi method is a powerful tool to design optimization for quality. It is used to find the optimal cutting parameters such as cutting speed, feed rate, depth of cut and nose radius as the overall cost can be reduced. This paper gives some background of optimization technique applied to various turning processes for improving surface roughness.

The goal of this study is to investigate the influence of process input parameter such as cutting speed, depth of cut, feed per tooth, radial immersion percentage and plunging method on process output during circular pocketing operations. Tool wear, machining forces and surface roughness measurement are considered to identify the relationship between process inputs and outputs. It is observed that plunging method has a significant influence on tool wear which in turn affect micro-milling force and surface quality two main effect will be observed on the tool-work material interaction at micro-scale. These are responsible for the limit reduction of the roughness amplitude parameter with tool diameter and occurs when the cutting edge radius to uncut chip thickness ratio becomes critical.
