The analysis performed indicated that the carbohydrate content was considerably high (78.37%) and that there was a significant amount of dietary fibre (8.5%), moderate quantity of protein (3.84%), and low level of fat (1.59%). It was found to be high in energy and bioactive compounds that support a healthy gastrointestinal system. The results of the mineral analysis showed that banana peel powder contains calcium (5.4 mg/100g), phosphorus (2.19 mg/100g), iron (6 mg/100g), zinc (1 mg/100g), and copper (1 mg/100g) which are vital micronutrients. This finding indicates the potential of the banana peel powder in addressing the global burden of micronutrient deficiencies. Moreover, as the powder contains antioxidant properties, the functional benefits of the powder are further increased thus suitable for food fortification, animal feed and other health products. This research stresses the need to incorporate the banana peel powder as an eco-friendly and cost-effective means to combat food loss and enhance dietary health quality.

The organoleptic properties of commercially produced control (T0) and experimental wheat flour (T1, T2, and T3) were assessed by a tasting panel of 50 assessors having deep knowledge of food science sector. The sensory assessment was conducted over a three-day period. Each trait was rated on a 9-point hedonic scale, with 9 being the highest rating and 1 being the lowest. Following a sensory assessment and overall acceptability score, T2 treatment had a higher score (6.57±0.06 cb ) than the T1 score (6.13±0.11 b ) and T3 score (6.33±0.02 dbc ).

food products focusing on health-oriented individuals and those that are lactose intolerant or are allergic to dairy productsmilk in particular. This study delves into almond milk’s nutritional profile with particular reference to its moisture,
protein, fat, carbohydrates, and ash content with the help of the proximate analysis. Almond milk contains a moderate
amount of calories and fat which renders it diet friendly and promotes heart health however it does offer a substantial
amount of protein and other essential micro minerals. The fact that it contains no cholesterol and comes from a plant base
only makes it even more environmentally friendly and ethically responsible compared to cow milk. The results point out
the versatility almond milk possesses in the formulation of innovative and nutritious substitutes for meat and other cow
derived products as the demand for vegetarian options is increasing at a fast pace.

In tropical areas, 75% occurrence of Dengue are present, among them most of the infestations are lenient to immunosuppressed besides 5% occasion of Dengue infections are chronic. Persistent Dengue infections have many serotypes of Dengue virus. The seriousness of Dengue is hanged on various mechanism of immunopathogenic including host and viral agents. Pathophysiology of Dengue virus can be depended on alteration of T cells, immunopathology of antibody, cytokine storm. Manifestations of Dengue are agony in bones, muscles, joints, headache, temperature of fever is 40 °C, macular skin infestations, small haemorrhagic infections including purpura, malaise, petechiae, ecchymosis, epistaxis, haematuria, gums bleeding, aches. Dengue virus infections are present about 3 to 7 days approximately. Dietary modification is very much needed to balance the manifestation of Dengue. The therapy of macrophages must be started through modifying the concentration of butyrate along with specifically manage the ratio of Bacteroidetes and Firmicutes which lesions the activity of proinflammatory mediators for instance NO, IL-6, IL-12 with the help of suitable dietary pattern. Noteworthy, adequate amino acids, dietary fibre, Poly Unsaturated Fatty Acid (PUFA), Mono Unsaturated Fatty Acid (MUFA), vitamins, polyphenols and other bioactive components are very much closely associated in monitoring the homeostasis of macrophages in intestine. This review is the sum up of pathophysiology, symptoms along with dietary strategy of Dengue virus.

The purpose of this systematic review is to examine the body of research on the use of therapeutic diets in the treatment of breast cancer. Overall health is greatly influenced by nutrition, which has also been linked to cancer prevention in a number of ways. It is well recognised that obesity increases the risk of breast cancer, especially in postmenopausal women. Dietary practices should support a comprehensive approach to breast cancer care by being in line with each patient's unique health objectives and medical conditions.

The interplay of various factors, including Helicobacter pylori infection, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), and lifestyle choices, contributes to the development and exacerbation of peptic ulcers. In recent years, therapeutic diets have gained prominence as a non-invasive and complementary approach to manage and control peptic ulcers. This review explores the application of therapeutic diets in the prevention and treatment of peptic ulcers, emphasizing their impact on symptom relief, healing, and long-term management.

Ancient civilizations for instance the Greeks and Romans, acknowledged the herb's potential therapeutic properties, utilizing it to address various ailments and promote overall well-being. Mint extensively applicable as an important herbal medicine. Mint holds bundle of bioactive components like essential oils and polyphenolic constituents. Essential oil like menthol and menthone promote better medicinal attributes besides polyphenolic compounds like rosmarinic acid, quercetin, and kaempferol these highlight good antioxidant potentiality. Authors have notified about significant antibacterial activity against both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. Spearmint oil has good efficacy against Salmonella species. Peppermint has powerful function against fungi like Candida albicans. Mint is very much powerful against virus like herpes simplex virus and influenza virus. The good savour profile of mint develops it a superficial candidate for upgrading the sensory attributes of preserved foods. This overview has an objective to contribute a better understanding of mint's potential applications in medicine and food preservation.

There is a complex relationship between postbiotic compounds and human health, as numerous studies have shown. Postbiotics appear to be important mediators of the intricate and direct relationship between these variables. The word "postbiotics" describes a group of biological micro-and macromolecules that, when taken in sufficient quantities, have a variety of positive health benefits on the host. Due to their anti-proliferative, anti-inflammatory, and anti-cancer capabilities, postbiotics may be able to regulate the efficiency of cancer treatment and lessen the negative effects of conventional medicines in cancer patients, according to several reports. Postbiotics have since drawn considerable scientific interest due to their distinctive properties and are regarded as a novel option for adjuvant therapy in patients with cancer. The antimicrobial and anticarcinogenic activity of postbiotics will be summarized in this review paper.
