Methods: The implementation method is based on surveying the necessary dynamic level of socioeconomic and environmental factors affecting land use; the connection between the land area optimization using linear programming and the CLUMondo. Background: This study aims to estimate the factors affecting the agricultural production process... more Background: This study aims to estimate the factors affecting the agricultural production process on the problem soil of Tan Thanh district as a case study to develop solutions for sustainable agriculture. Methods: Through consultation with 150 households and 60 experts, Four primary and 18 secondary factors were identified that affect the agricultural land use of the community. Result: The results show the factors of the consumption market, government organization, profit and soil quality that are the factors that receive much attention from experts by the “multi-criteria evaluation” method. On the contrary, the aspects of problem soil, irrigation capacity, flooding and drought time are of little interest to experts. The results have also proposed 12 groups of structural and non-structural solutions to improve the district’s agricultural land use efficiency. Which focuses on the consumption market, cost, profit and government organization.

Với cách làm như vậy, mất rất nhiều thời gian, công sức để ra một hình ảnh gần giống như thực tế.Hiện nay, việc sử dụng các thiết bị bay không người lái để bay chụp ảnh phục vụ thành lập bản đồ 2D đã và đang được ứng dụng đạt hiệu quả cao ở Việt Nam. Các thiết bị bay không người lái (Unmaned Arial Vehicle - UAV) với đặc tính gọn nhẹ, được tích hợpthiết bị định vị vệ tinh GPS,máy ảnh số độ phân giải cao có thể chụp ảnh ở nhiều góc độ; đồng thời kết hợp với các phần mềm có thuật toán xử lý ảnh SfM (Structure-from-Motion)tự động tính toán để phục hồi lại mô hình 3D của tất cả các đối tượng trên mặt đất, từ đó có thể thành lập bản đồ 3D một cách tự động, giảm thiểu thời gian xây dựng mô hình 3D các đối tượng địa vật.

Objectives Vietnamese patients' views on healthcare are changing as surgical interventions become... more Objectives Vietnamese patients' views on healthcare are changing as surgical interventions become more commonplace, but their views on perioperative care have remained largely unstudied during this period of rapid change. This study assesses Vietnamese patients' impression of anesthesia safety and postoperative pain in relation to clinical outcomes with the aim of improving patientcentered perioperative care. Methods The study cohort consisted of 180 hospitalized patients who were followed for 24 h following abdominal surgery. The assessments of these patients on the use of anesthesia and postoperative pain were measured by means of a 5-point Likert scale survey. Perioperative events were recorded on standardized forms by medical staff. The relationship between relevant factors affecting the patients' perceptions of anesthesia safety, postoperative symptoms, and pain was examined using multiple logistic regression analysis. Results The perception of a low level of anesthesia safety by 105 patients (59%) was associated with a low satisfaction in terms of preoperative anesthesia education [odds ratio (OR) 15.03], poor interaction with family (OR 21.80), and absence of perioperative adverse effects (OR 6.10). The occurrence of three or more postoperative symptoms (59%) was associated with a surgery C3 h (OR 2.00). Severe pain at 2 h (25%) post-surgery was associated with male gender (OR 2.08) and open surgery (OR 3.30), no reduction in pain at 24 h (51%) was associated with female gender (OR 2.08), and experiencing as much or more pain than expected (46%) was associated with blood loss C100 ml (OR 1.04) and low satisfaction with staff communication (OR 1.90). Conclusion Our results suggest that facilitating patients' communication with staff and families and paying attention to gender differences in pain management are important factors to take into consideration when the aim is to improve perioperative care in the rapidly developing healthcare environment of Vietnam.
In this paper, the effect of the tilt angle of return stroke channel and the stratified lossy gro... more In this paper, the effect of the tilt angle of return stroke channel and the stratified lossy ground on the lightning-induced voltages on the overhead lines are studied using the modified transmission-line model with linear current decay with height (MTLL). The results show that the lightning-induced voltages from oblique discharge channel are larger than those from the vertical discharge channel, and the peak values of the induced voltages will increase with increasing the tilt angle. When the ground is horizontally stratified, the peak of the induced voltages will increase with increasing the conductivity of the lower layer at different distances. When the upper ground conductivity increases, the voltage peak values will decrease if the overhead line is nearby the lightning strike point and increase if the overhead line is far from the lightning strike point. Moreover, the induced voltages are mainly affected by the conductivity of the lower layer soil when the conductivity of the upper layer ground is smaller than that of the lower layer ground at far distances. When the ground is vertically stratified, the induced voltages are mainly affected by the conductivity of the ground near the strike point when the overhead line and the strike point are located above the same medium; if the overhead line and the strike point are located above different mediums, both of the conductivities of the vertically stratified ground will influence the peak of the induced voltages and the conductivity of the ground which is far from the strike point has much more impact on induced voltages.
