Data mining is the process of naturally looking huge stores of information to find patterns and prediction that go past basic examination. Data mining also assumes an imperative part as far as prediction and analysis [1]. We are using here three different classification algorithm in Weka. The algorithm we have used here Naive Bayes, Bayes Net, One-R. We have collected data from Dhaka metropolitan police, Chittagong metropolitan police, Bangladesh police, Newspaper and due to sensitive data from a secret agent. The main objective of this paper is to predict place from crime occurred in the last few years. The law enforcement agencies ought to in this way have the capacity to anticipate such increments or abatements or patterns in crime for example, the number of murder, robbery, burglaries or any such crime that may happen in a specific zone in a specific month, year, or any time span or the general number of crime happening in a nation in a specific year later on, or any other expectation or projection of future crime measurements [2]. So that the law enforcement agency can find out the place easily where the crime rate is high to take proper action, thus reducing the crime rate.

As a result, adolescent social technology usage has increased and is present within the home, educational institution and community environments. In order to determine the impact that social technology has on the development of social competence, this research study surveyed youths about their use of social technology. This study discusses the impacts technology has had on social behavior. The impact of social networking participation among a sample of high school students to determine how this involvement affects academic performance, future plans, and overall attitude towards school was examined. The results revealed that most of these juvenile students spend more time socializing face-to-face rather than using social technologies. However, the results also showed that when adolescents have access to social technologies, they utilize it daily as their means to communicate. In summary, the results from this study indicated that social technologies are becoming a large part of youth‟s lives and may be a contributing factor which could influence the development of social competence. Since the use of social technologies is a rather new medium, not as available in the past, it is too early to identify the direct and specific long term effects on individuals.

To do this we have researched, analyzed about 9 different types of well-known sorting algorithms. We convert the algorithms to programmable code, compile and run with different set of data. We keep the sorting algorithm‟s description as it is. We give focus on, how the algorithms work, considering their total operation count (assignment count, comparison count) and complexity based on our same data set for all algorithm. We write programming code for each sorting algorithm in C programming language. In our investigation, we have also worked with big and small data for different cases (ordered, preordered, random, disordered) and put their result in different tables. We show the increasing ratio to compare the result. we also show the data in graphical chart for view comparative report in same window. We mark their efficiency with point and ranked them. At last we discussed their result of efficiency in a single table. We modify the merge sort and try to make an improved tri-merge sorting algorithm that is more efficient than merge sort. Theoretically if we divide and conquer with higher number its result is better, some paper exists on it, but to manage the algorithm, there cost lot of operations count. Like, if we consider quadratic divide-conquer, its manage complexly is huge than binary divide-conquer that why we generally use binary merge. We found tri-merge is theoretically and practically true based on investigation data set. Tri-merge take some more compare operation for manage and sort when data remain 1 or 2 at last stage, whereas binary merge don‟t need such compare. But for big data size tri-merge gain lot of operation count that give significant result that declare tri-merge is more efficient than merge sort algorithm. We also experiment with penta-merge algorithm which give more better result but algorithm and implementation is too complex. We shall try to define the tri-merge algorithm so that it can be used to implement in any programming language. It will help students, researchers to use the algorithm, as like we got the various algorithm structure over the internet.

Teaching and learning English for global communication become the common and powerful phenomenon ... more Teaching and learning English for global communication become the common and powerful phenomenon in almost all the countries of the world. The countries " educationists and facilitators often face multidimensional challenges at the time of providing teaching and adapting update method of teaching and learning English. The challenges including political, social, economic, cultural and political become dominating in developing countries where English is taken as second language or foreign language. Moreover some challenges related to foreign language teaching and learning policy come as the major challenges. It is often that multicultural and multilingual countries of the world feel the immense problem of teaching and learning English. In addition, language shock, culture shock , motivation and ego boundaries are also taken to the consideration as the inner challenges of being acculturated and having foreign language proficiency (Schumann 1978, p: 34). As English language becomes the international language and only tool of world communication, the process and policy of acquiring effective level of English language proficiency are developing with a good range in developing countries of the world. So the study finds so many challenges of teaching and learning English of developing countries in general and of Bangladesh in particular. At the last portion, the paper includes a few recommendations to be followed which might work as the remedies of the challenges of teaching and learning English in developing countries of the world.
