Graha Cendekia Yogyakarta merupakan gedung hunian yang terletak di Yogyakarta yang direncanakan m... more Graha Cendekia Yogyakarta merupakan gedung hunian yang terletak di Yogyakarta yang direncanakan menggunakan sistem PLTS (Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya) untuk memenuhi sekitar 80% kebutuhan listrik yang On-Grid dengan listrik PLN. Perencanaan dan simulasi PLTS dilakukan dengan menggunakan software PvSyst 6.8.4 kemudian dianalisis dan hasilnya berupa report yang terstruktur. Simulasi penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PLTS memiliki performa sistem sebesar 75,4% yang dapat memenuhi 42.16% dari total kebutuhan listrik yang diperkirakan mampu dilayani oleh PLTS atau dengan kata lain memenuhi 34.01% dari total kebutuhan listrik gedung Graha cendekia Yogyakarta. Untuk mendapatkan daya sebesar itu membutuhkan 52 modul fotovoltaik dengan total kapasitas terpasang sebesar 17,42 kWp, 80 unit baterai sistem 24V dengan kapasitas total 8000 Ah dan 4 unit inverter dengan kapasitas total 16 kW AC yang diperuntukkan melayani kebutuhan listrik ketika malam hari. Analisis kelayakan investasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan NPV (Net Present Value), PI (Profitability Index) dan PBP (Pay Back Period). Hasil analisis menunjukan NPV sebesar Rp 11.509.198,-, PI bernilai positif 1,013 dan PBP selama 12 tahun 5 bulan. Simpulan dari kajian ini adalah investasi proyek PLTS pada Graha Cendekia Yogyakarta berdasarkan aspek teknis dan aspek biaya layak dilaksanakan.

Healthy people with high schizotypal personality traits display cognitive deficits that are similar to but not as severe as those observed in schizophrenia and they can be studied without confounds of antipsychotics or chronic illness. How genetic variation in BDNF may impact learning in individuals falling along the schizophrenia spectrum is unknown. We predicted that schizotypal personality traits would influence learning and that schizotypal personality-based differences in learning would vary depending on the BDNF val66met genotype. Melanin synthesis is catalysed by the enzyme tyrosinase and is controlled by TYR, TYRP1 and TYRP2 genes. The objective of this study was to evaluate the anti pigmentation property of palm tocotrienol rich fraction by determining melanin synthesis and expression of genes involved in its regulation in skin melanocytes. Palm tocotrienol rich fraction (TRF) which contains 75% α α α α-tocotrienol and 25% tocopherol was used to inhibit melanin synthesis which was determined by determining melanin level and tyrosinase enzyme activity. Expression of TYR, TYRP1 and TYRP2 genes was determined by quantitative real time reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (real time RT-PCR). Primary culture of skin melanocytes was divided into two groups; untreated control and cells that were treated with 500 µg/ml tocotrienol rich fraction for 24 h. Our results showed that there was a reduction in tyrosinase activity and melanin content in melanocytes treated with tocotrienol rich fraction compared to control (p < 0.05). Expression of TYRP2 gene in melanocytes treated with tocotrienol rich fraction was also decreased (p < 0.05) compared to control. In conclusion, palm tocotrienol rich fraction has an anti pigmentation property that inhibit melanin synthesis by inhibiting tyrosinase activity and down regulating TYRP2 gene expression.
