Businesses that lack of this important asset may face the difficulties where operational income is less than operational cost; business losing customers may confront the problem of a profit decline . Besides that, reputation is an intangible asset that can"t be built just only through advertising. To build a strong reputation, the firm must have strong communication to communicate with the stakeholders. To convince and persuade them to believe in the firm without a strong communicator, no matter how much effort organization does, the stakeholders will still go to another whom able to "move" them. Therefore, a strong communication will be a great step to build an organization"s reputation. Several studies have shown that improving corporate reputation results in better corporate communication for companies. However, more and more researchers have realized that corporate communication is the most important factors to form corporate reputation. This research aims to describe the relationship between corporate communication and corporate reputation, and their impact on the companies" success.

However most organizations are still unable to manage their knowledge workers properly. This paper reveals the influences of knowledge worker characteristics on knowledge integration capacity based on the data collected using questionnaire from 471 knowledge workers, working in organization located in Malaysia Multimedia Super Corridor. The results suggest that knowledge worker characteristics significantly and positively influence knowledge integration capacity. It is concluded that an organization must properly manage their knowledge worker in order to achieve the maximum potential or improve the organization capacity of knowledge integration.

Tujuan kajian ini adalah untuk dijalankan adalah untuk membangunkan sebuah aplikasi pembelajaran berasaskan Augmented Reality yang bertajuk "Mari Mengenal Bentuk". Objektif pembangunan aplikasi pembelajaran ini adalah untuk membantu murid Tahun Satu dalam mata pelajaran STEM iaitu mata pelajaran Matematik dalam topik Bentuk. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam pembangunan aplikasi ini adalah model ADDIE yang melibatkan lima fasa. Fasa penilaian yang dijalankan untuk mendapatkan maklum balas yang diperoleh daripada 18 orang responden. Hasil dapatan kajian dikumpul dengan menggunakan kaedah kuantitatif melalui pautan Google Form. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan guru-guru memberikan pandangan yang positif terhadap aplikasi ini digunakan sebagai bahan pembelajaran. Guru juga bersetuju bahawa aplikasi ini sesuai digunakan oleh murid Tahun Satu dengan bimbingan daripada guru atau ibu bapa.

This study was aimed to increase the performance of the Predicting Student Academic Performance (... more This study was aimed to increase the performance of the Predicting Student Academic Performance (PSAP) system, and the outcome is to develop a web application that can be used to analyze student performance during present semester. Development of the web-based application was based on the evolutionary prototyping model. The study also analyses the accuracy of the classifier that is constructed for the prediction features in the web application. Qualitative approaches by user evaluation questionnaire were used for this study. A number of few personnel expert users which are lecturers from Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris were chosen as respondents. Each respondent is instructed to answer a total of 27 questions regarding respondent's background and web application design. The accuracy of the classifier for the prediction features is tested by using the confusion matrix by using the test set of 24 rows. The findings showed the views of respondents on the aspects of interface design, functionality, navigation, and reliability of the web-based application that is developed. The result also showed that accuracy for the classifier constructed by using ID3 classification model (C4.5) is 79.18% and the highest compared to Naïve Bayes and Generalized Linear classification model.

The retention of valuable customers is an essential prerequisite for the industry to achieve a sustainable competitive advantage. To gain further understandings, this research studied the four main factors that affecting customer loyalty in the airline industry: customer satisfaction, perceived value, perceived quality and the corporate image of the airline companies. Perceived quality had the strong positive relationship with customer loyalty, and it was the most significant variable that affected customer loyalty. However, there is almost no research on how knowledge integration practice can improve collaborative sharing environment in higher learning institutions. Therefore, the purpose of this paper to examine the practice of knowledge integration among higher learning institution students in improving collaborative sharing environment. This paper undertakes quantitative methodology where the data is collected from 196 students who are taking entrepreneurship subject at their final year of study using questionnaire and then analyze using SPSS software. The result from this study shows that the learners have successfully practicing knowledge integration process in improving collaborative sharing environment in order to exchange knowledge and resources in an optimal way. This paper reveals that the practicing of knowledge integration has reduce the knowledge creation period through socialization process among the learners.

Kajian ini menghasilkan sistem berasaskan web yang bertujuan untuk memudahkan penepatan temujanji... more Kajian ini menghasilkan sistem berasaskan web yang bertujuan untuk memudahkan penepatan temujanji bagi pensyarah Jabatan Komputeran, Fakulti Seni, Komputeran dan Industri Kreatif dan pelajar program Kejuruteraan Perisian (AC10) yang dikenali sebagai AC10 Appointment System. Tujuan utama pembangunan sistem ini adalah untuk memudahkan pelajar membuat temujanji dengan pensyarah dengan lebih teratur dan tersusun disamping memudahkan urusan pensyarah menerima termujanji yang akan dibuat oleh pelajar. Sistem ini telah dibangunkan dengan menggunakan metodologi prototaip. Instrumen soal selidik telah digunakan untuk menguji fungsi dan kebolehgunaan AC10 Appointment System. Seramai 20 orang pelajar dari program Kejuruteraan Perisian telah dipilih sebagai respondent untuk kajian ini. Hasil kajian ini mendapati bahawa sistem berasaskan web AC10 Appointment System diterima dengan baik dan berharap sistem ini dapat digunakan bagi memudahkan urusan membut temujanji di antara pensyarah dan pelajar.
