Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a metabolic diseases group where the person will have high blood sugar ... more Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a metabolic diseases group where the person will have high blood sugar due to the pancreas unable to produce sufficient insulin or the cell's which are not responding to the insulin produced. Diabetes is a chronic disease and a major public health challenge worldwide. The main drawback is that there is lack of awareness of the people on eating habits. In our country, diabetes patient counts have increased steadily due to this reason. Diabetes is a metabolic disease affecting a multitude of people worldwide. Its incidence rates are increasing alarmingly every year. If untreated, diabetes-related complications in many vital organs of the body may turn fatal. Early detection of diabetes is very important for timely treatment which can stop the disease progressing to such complications. RR-interval signals known as heart rate variability (HRV) signals (derived from electrocardiogram (ECG) signals) can be effectively used for the noninvasive detection of diabetes. This research paper presents a methodology for classification of diabetic and normal HRV signals using deep learning mechanism. We employ long short-term memory (LSTM), convolutional neural network (CNN) and its combinations for extracting complex temporal dynamic features of the input HRV data. These features are passed into support vector machine (SVM) for classification. We have obtained the performance improvement of 0.03% and 0.06% in CNN and CNN-LSTM architecture respectively compared to our earlier work without using SVM. The classification system proposed can help the clinicians to diagnose diabetes using ECG signals with a very high accuracy of 95.7%.

The birth of VoIP came as an alternative to the expensive public telephone network (PSTN) for voice transmission. Given QoS for VoIP, factors such as system capacity, frequency, packet delay, loss, and channel configurations are of paramount importance. These parameters with security issues, channel bandwidth allocation, and reliability issue represent major challenges facing VoIP systems. To master Internet voice communication systems, a clear understanding of Internet Protocol (IP) is mandatory. The audio is transferred by the RTP protocol that is added in the IP packet. In this paper, I will focus on the techniques used in VoIP systems and the challenges faced by these systems. As the voice transmission market in transition from traditional PSTN networks continues to VoIP, new technologies are being tested and tested to improve the quality of services provided by VoIP systems. The main focus is finding ways to deal with high traffic and booming demand for VoIP systems.

In the process of manual identification, botanical experts use various plant features as the identification keys, which are examined adaptively and progressively to identify plant species. The shortage of experts and trained taxonomist created global taxonomic impediment problem which is one of the major challenges. Various researchers have worked in the field of automatic classification of plants since the last decade. The leaf is considered as primary input as it is available throughout the whole year. The research paper mainly focuses on the study of transfer learning approach for medicinal plant classification, which reuse already developed model at the starting point for model on a second task. Transfer learning approach is a black box approach used for image classification and many more applications by extracting features from an image. Bugs are nothing but Software faults, existing a severe challenge for system reliability and dependability. To identify the bugs from the software bug prediction is convenient approach. To visualize the presence of a bug in a source code file, recently, Machine learning classifiers approach is developed. Because of a huge number of machine learned features current classifier-based bug prediction have two major problems i) inadequate precision for practical usage ii) measured prediction time. In this paper we used two techniques first, cos-triage algorithm which have a go to enhance the accuracy and also lower the price of bug prediction and second, feature selection methods which eliminate less significant features. Reducing features get better the quality of knowledge extracted and also boost the speed of computation.
