Professora/pesquisadora associada do Laboratório de Estudos de Educação e Linguagem (LEEL) da UENF desde 2012. Coordenadora da disciplina Sociologia da Educação. Pós Doutorado em Sociologia da Educação pela Faculdade de Educação da USP, 2019. Doutora em Sociologia Política pela Westfällische Wilhelms- Universität Münster- Alemanha (2010). Pós graduação em Sociologia Rural na Universidade Humboldt, Berlin, Alemanha, 1998. Nutrição na UFRJ, 1985. Atualmente membro fellow do Instituto de Teoria crítica de Berlim (INKRIT). Foco de interesse: estudo das relações societárias com a natureza sob a ótica da teoria social e antropologia contemporânea.
