Daun kari (Murraya koenigii) banyak mengandung senyawa bioaktif yang berfungsi sebagai antioksidan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan pengaruh ekstrak daun kari, suhu, dan waktu pengeringan terhadap mutu keumamah loin dan efektivitas daun kari sebagai antioksidan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen rancangan acak lengkap faktorial (RALF) dengan taraf perlakuan ekstrak daun kari (0% dan 10%), suhu (40°С dan 60°С) dan waktu pengeringan (8 jam dan 12 jam). Parameter yang diamati kadar proksimat, nilai aktivitas air (aw) dan bilangan thiobarbituric acid (TBA). ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap perbedaan rata-rata hasil belajar Instalasi P... more ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap perbedaan rata-rata hasil belajar Instalasi Penerangan Listrik antara: (1) kelompok siswa tingkat motivasi tinggi mengikuti pembelajaran Team Game Tournament (XT1),dengan (2) kelompok siswa tingkat motivasi rendah mengikuti pembelajaran Team Game Tournament (XT2), dengan (3) kelompok siswa tingkat motivasi tinggi mengikuti pembelajaran Student Team Achievement Divisions (XS1), dan dengan (4) kelompok siswa tingkat motivasi rendah mengikuti pembelajaran Student Team Achievement Divisions(XS2). Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian eksperimen dengan faktorial 2x2. Uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan ANOVA dua jalur untuk mengungkap signifikansi interaksi antara motivasi dan metode pembelajaran, serta mengungkap signifikansi perbedaan hasil belajar berdasarkan tingkat motivasi dan metode pembelajaran. Guna mengungkap hasil belajar yang paling berbeda diantara XT1, XT2, XS1, XS2, maka dilakukan uji hipotesis dengan bantuan SPSS 16. Hasil penelitian pada kelas XI TIPTL di SMK Negeri 1 Singosari, menunjukkan signifikansi bahwa: (1) ada interaksi antara faktor motivasi dan faktor metode pembelajaran (p = 0,002 0,05) tidak ada perbedaan; (b) antara XT2 dan XS2 (p = 0,000 < 0,05) ada perbedaan; (c) antara XT1 dan XT2 (p = 0,004 < 0,05) ada perbedaan; dan (d) antara XS1 dan XS2 (p = 0,000 < 0,05) ada perbedaan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disarankan kepada peneliti selanjutnya agar melakukan penelitian mengenai cara meningkatkan motivasi siswa, dengan membuat range yang lebih halus, misalnya dengan taraf tingkat motivasi tinggi, sedang dan rendah, serta melakukan penelitian mengenai faktor-faktor yang dapat berinteraksi positif dengan metode pembelajaran

The enactment of the Republic of Indonesia Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Regulation Nu... more The enactment of the Republic of Indonesia Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Regulation Number 08 of 2017 regarding Gross Split Production Sharing Contracts marks a new era for Indonesia's Upstream Oil and Gas Industry. Gross Split was introduced as the government's answer to the dissatisfaction with the Cost Recovery scheme that has been going on for decades. Without making changes to Law No. 22 of 2001 concerning Oil and Gas, the Government considered it necessary to immediately issue regulations related to the Gross Split scheme in order to increase state revenues in the upstream oil and gas sector. Gross Split contracts also offer bureaucratic cuts in investment procedures expected to attract investors. This research aimed to analyse the legal aspect related to Gross Split regulation and to determine the extent of the government's role in implementing control and supervision of contractor activities in the Gross Split Scheme.

Al-Maidah: 38 tentang hukum potong tangan bagi pelaku pencurian. Ayat ini akan dikaji dengan menggunakan pendekatan semiotika, karena lafal-lafal dalam ayat tersebut merupakan simbol yang perlu dilakukan interpretasi. Salah satu teori semiotika yang menarik untuk dikaji dalam tulisan ini adalah semiotika Michale Riffaterre, yang menawarkan metode pembacaan dua tingkat, yaitu pembacaan heuristik dan hermeneutik (retroaktif), disempurnakan dengan kajian hipogram (intertekstual). One of thealternative wells water treatment peat area in Riau Province with a simple concept and experiencing such as rapid sand filter technology. This research aimed to determine the time of rapid sand filter media in improving the water quality in the area of peat in Riau province, and get the highest quality of wells water based on the pH parameters, manganese, and organic substances. The research question is, what are the forms of the dynamics of the study of the Quran in Indonesia. This study shows that the study of the Quran in Indonesia is moving dynamically, especially in terms of language characters and paradigms. The languages and characters used vary, ranging from Arabic and Arabic script to local-national languages and scripts (Indonesian and Latin characters), such as jawi, lontara, and pegon. A first attempt is made in this paper to explore new analytic shear buckling solution of clamped ... more A first attempt is made in this paper to explore new analytic shear buckling solution of clamped rectangular thin plates by a two-dimensional generalized finite integral transform method. The problem is classical but challenging due to the mathematical difficulty in handling the complex boundary value problem of the governing higher-order partial differential equation (PDE). Taking the vibrating beam functions as the integral kernels, and imposing the double transform, the problem comes down to solving a system of linear algebraic equations, thereby the analytic solution is obtained in a straightforward way. The present method is confirmed to be highly accurate with fast convergence, which agrees very well with both the finite element method (FEM) and energy method from the literature. The new analytic solution obtained may serve as a benchmark for validating other numerical and approximate methods.

In this paper, for the first time, the double finite integral transform method is introduced to e... more In this paper, for the first time, the double finite integral transform method is introduced to explore the analytical bending solutions of rectangular thin plates with corner supports. Introducing the concept of generalized simply supported edge, the general form analytical solutions for bending of the plates under consideration are obtained by applying the finite integral transform to the governing equation and some of the boundary conditions. The analytical bending solutions of plates under specific boundary conditions are then obtained elegantly by imposing the remaining boundary conditions. Compared with the conventional inverse/semi-inverse methods, the present method is straightforward without any predetermination of solution forms, which makes it very attractive for exploring new analytical bending solutions of plates with complex boundary conditions. Another advantage of the method is that the analytical solutions obtained converge rapidly due to utilization of the sum functions. Comprehensive analytical results obtained in this paper illuminate the validity and accuracy of the present method by comparison with those from the literature and the finite element method.

Safeguard sangat perlu untuk dilaksanakan untuk melindungi industri dalam negeri. Sehingga muncul pertanyaan, bagaimana perlindungan hukum bagi industri dalam negeri melalui safeguard dan bagaimana peran pemerintah dan masyarakat dalam menghadapi globalisasi perdagangan melalui safeguard? Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian hukum doktrinal, yaitu menjawab permasalahan menggunakan norma-norma hukum dari norma-norma positif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sudah dilaksanakan safeguard untuk melindungi industri dalam negeri melalui beberapa tahapan yaitu penyidikan dan pembuktian, penentuan adanya kerugian atau ancaman kerugian, pengenaan tindakan pengamanan dan jangka waktu. Untuk menghadapi globalisasi perdagangan melalui safeguard dibutuhkan peran masyarakat dan pemerintah. Di mana dibutuhkan kerjasama dan sinergitas dari pemerintah dan masyarakat, khususnya produsen dalam negeri.

Background: The primary objective was to investigate the clinical and radiological outcome in pat... more Background: The primary objective was to investigate the clinical and radiological outcome in patients undergoing major hip surgery using a novel antibiotic containing bone substitute for local augmentation in trochanteric fracture fixation or revision of total hip arthroplasty (THA). Methods: We implanted a novel biphasic bone substitute CERAMENT™|G consisting of hydroxyapatite, calcium sulphate and gentamicin for bone regeneration and local antibiotic delivery in 20 patients treated surgically for trochanteric femoral fracture or uncemented hip revision. Preoperative, postoperative, 3 months and 1 year clinical and radiological assessment were performed including registration of any complications. In one trochanteric fracture patient, histological analyses were performed of bone biopsies taken at removal of hardware. Results: None of the trochanteric fractures or revision of THA showed any large migration. No local wound disturbances were seen and no infection was observed at one year follow-up. All trochanteric fractures healed at 3 months with a minimal sliding screw displacement on average 3 mm. Radiological analysis showed signs of bone remodeling and new bone formation in the substitute, illustrated also by histology in the biopsies taken from one trochanteric fracture at one year post-op. Conclusions: Local CERAMENT™|G was shown to be safe in a limited prospective major hip surgery study. Remodeling of the bone graft substitute was observed in all patients.

It was initially identified as the enzyme that mediates cleavage of precursor tRNAs at the 5'-end termini to generate the mature tRNAs. An important characteristic of RNase P is that its specificity depends on the structure rather than the sequence of the RNA substrate. Any RNA species that interacts with an antisense molecule (called external guide sequence, EGS) and forms the appropriate structure can be cleaved by RNase P. This property is the basis for EGS technology, an antisense methodology for inhibiting gene expression by eliciting RNase P-mediated cleavage of a target mRNA molecule. Dengan menggunakan Google Chrome App Inventor dan Java Runtime Environment yang memudahkan penulis dalam pembuatan aplikasi. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk menampilkan informasi yang berupa alamat, nomor telepon, tarif sewa, dan lokasi lapangan futsal tersebut berada, sehingga memudahkan masyarakat untuk mencari informasi lapangan futsal yang dibutuhkan pada saat tertentu terutama di kota Depok. Aplikasi ini berisi informasi lapangan futsal seperti alamat, nomor telepon, tarif sewa, dan lokasi yang terhubung langsung dengan google map. Aplikasi ini juga terhubung langsung dengan GPS yang akan memberikan informasi titik keberadaan kita dan titik lokasi lapangan futsal.
