The diagnosis was confirmed using CT, MRI-brain, CT-angio brain imaging. The finding of nasal-orbital-cranial aneurysmal bone cyst was confirmed on Histopathology. Two staged surgical excision planned and done, i.e. trans-cranial and trans-nasal excision.

Future cellular networks aim to fulfil the requirements to achieve seamless Ultra-Reliable & Low Latency Communication (URLLC) in delay sensitive applications also. Cellular-based Vehicle-To-Everything (C-V2X) services and its use cases are selected and reviewed. 5th generation (5G) cellular communication can provide a promising solution by ensuring reliable and fast connectivity with low latency. This work has reviewed the challenges to achieve the URLLC in C-V2X communication. It can benefit by providing traffic safety and delay-sensitive services. Conclusion and future research directions are also discussed in the end.

Typically, P-wave travel 1.68 to 1.75 times faster than S-wave. Our proposed designed device consists of a pendulum type earthquake detection device which is interconnected with fault point finder, wireless alarm, GSM kit and automatic turn off system. when P- wave strike the pendulum it activates relay and send the pulse to stimulate the wireless alarm which can be install at any place as it detects the P-waves and can save human lives as they will be aware of how to deal with this situation.

However, a limited number of training samples, inter-class similarity among scene categories, and to get the benefits of multi-layer features remains a significant challenge in the remote sensing domain. Many efforts have been proposed to deal the above challenges by adapting knowledge of state-of-the-art networks such as AlexNet, GoogleNet, OverFeat, etc. However, these networks have high number of parameters. This research proposes a five-layer architecture which has fewer parameters compared with above state-of-the-art networks, and can be also complementary to other convolutional neural network features. Extensive experiments on UC Merced and WHU-RS datasets prove that although our network decreases the number of parameters dramatically, it generates more accurate results than AlexNet, OverFeat, and its accuracy is comparable with other state-of-the-art methods.

The amendment needed enabling legislation to be effective, the enactment of which was not smooth but had a long chequered history, depicting official apathy. The historic legislation was ultimately enacted in 2009 but its criticism outnumbered its main features. The paper submits the critical appraisal of the legislation which most of the critiques have neglected.
