The study aimed to identify the degree of career polarization among educational leaders in the Jo... more The study aimed to identify the degree of career polarization among educational leaders in the Jordanian–education directorates of Ajloun and Jersah. The researchers adopted the descriptive -analytical approach for its suitability for such studies. The researchers used the questionnaire as the study instrument, which comprised 20 items. The researchers distributed the items in two domains, 10 items were for each domain as the study instrument. The sample of the study comprised 250 educational leaders for the first semester of the academic year 2019-2020. The study results showed that the degree of career polarization among educational leaders in the Jordanian Ministry of Education came with an average degree of rating in all its domains and for all items. Many notions have addressed the main factors which underlies such a phenomenon. This study, therefore, aimed to identify the reasons for secondary school students in Jordan dropping out of their schools from the teachers’ point of view. In this sense, the teachers’ perspective was necessary to obtain overall depictions related to behind reasons of students’ dropping out. The descriptive approach was used in addition to the use of the questionnaire as a study tool. The study sample consisted of 150 secondary school teachers in Ajloun Governorate, Jordan. Violence against women constitutes a violation of human rights and is one of the most important i... more Violence against women constitutes a violation of human rights and is one of the most important issues that affect the family, its cohesion and the safety of its members. Most of the studies, conducted on abused women, have indicated that there is a correlation between violence and its effects. This study aimed to identify the level of depression among abused women in Jordan. The sample of the study was deliberately chosen and it included 100 women who were between the ages of 18 and 50 years. To achieve the objectives of the study, Beck’s list of depression was used. To ensure the validity of the results, semi-structured interviews were conducted. The results indicated a high level of depression in the study sample of abused women. There were no differences in all dimensions in the depression of abused women following age, social situation and educational level variables. The study was conducted on a sample consisting of 300 female university students at Al-Balqa Applied University. They were randomly selected, and the study used a survey method for data collection. After statistically analysing the collected data, it was observed that there is a positive statistically significant correlation between family climate and the methods of coping with psychological stress in addition to having statistically significant differences in the mean scores of methods of coping with psychological stress among female students in the study sample according to specialisation (scientific or humanistic), in favour of scientific specialisation. These variables included gender, type of subject, academic degree, and academic level of the student. The researcher used the descriptive approach along with a questionnaire that comprised (41) items distributed across (4) domains as the study instrument. The study sample comprised (3000) male and female students. The study results showed that the elements of the effective educational process got an average degree in the domains of the questionnaire as a whole. The results also showed that there were no statistically perspectives of university students following the study variables.

The descriptive approach was used, and the study sample consisted of (210) male and female teachers in the first semester of the academic year (2021-2022), in addition to using the questionnaire as a study tool. The study concluded that the level of cognitive competencies for secondary school teachers in Jordan was high, as the percentage of response to it reached (76.4%). . The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the cognitive competencies according to the gender variable (males, females), in addition to the presence of statistically significant differences in the cognitive competencies of teachers according to the educational qualification variable and in favor of graduate degree holders (Masters and Ph.D.).

And, in order to achieve the objectives of the study, the two researchers devised a study tool, which is a measure of psychological burn out appropriate for the purposes of the study. As the result of the study, after conducting the necessary statistical treatment, it was observed that there were statistically significant variations in the level of psychological burnout between vocational educators and conventional teachers, favoring vocational educators.
