Each node will employ a trust mechanism to assess the trustworthiness of its neighbor nodes to send packets to only the trustworthy neighbors to distinguish packets dropped by inside intruders from network faults. The false alert arises when a normal node's trust value decreases and is removed from the routing paths using trust-aware routing algorithms. Optimizing the packet delivery ratio is a critical design consideration for WSNs. WSNs have long benefited from a secure zone-based routing mechanism already in place. A new routing criterion was developed for packet transfer in multi-hop communication. The routing metric was designed to protect against message manipulation, dropping, and flooding assaults. The method used an alternative way to route a packet while avoiding dangerous zones safely and efficiently in the routing process. Despite energy conservation and greater attack resilience, congestion in the WSN has increased, and the packet delivery ratio has been reduced. Each node has computing power that serves as a transceiver for the network. A packet-dropping node is hacked and forwards any or all the packets it receives. All or some boxes are packages modified by a hacked node that is intended to deliver them. In multi-hop sensor networks, packet dropping and alteration are two popular methods that an adversary can use to interrupt communication. The proposed model NDTRA-MAT is used to avoid packet loss with reduced false alarms. It is compared with the existing models, and the performance is calculated in terms of Malicious Node Detection Accuracy Levels, Packet Loss Rate, and Packet Data rate.

When it comes to data delivery to other nodes, routing is one of the most important WSN method to provide security to the network. Based on the expected trust value, the routing process's trust mechanism prevents/includes nodes in routing. However, the diversity of cyanobacteria offers a great opportunity for discovering new bioproducts as they are not properly explored. The current work targeted to characterize an indigenous cyanobacterial strain CCC-746 isolated from Bishnupur, India for production of exo-polysaccharides. The molecular and microscopic observation stated that the isolated cyanobacteria is Anabaena sp. The analysis of biomass composition showed carbohydrates, protein, lipid, ash and moisture content are 32.10%, 36.56%, 24.13%, 5.89% and 1.32% (w/w) respectively. The maximum production of EPS was 340.70 mg/L, when grown in 10 mM CaCl2 supplemented BG11 medium. The capsular polysaccharide and released exo-polysaccharide were purified by gel filtration chromatography, and molecular weight was found as 12.52 and 9.2 kDa, respectively. The major component of both exo-polysaccharides was carbohydrate with glucose, xylose and glucuronic acid as major monosaccharides. Capsular polysaccharide and released exo-polysaccharide were composed of [→4)-Glcp-(1→] backbone. Both exo-polysaccharide were found negative in charge and showed remarkable antioxidant and scavenging activities. Capsular polysaccharide and released exo-polysaccharide solubilized in aqueous solution exhibited the behaviour of pseudo-plastic fluids.

With this new paradigm of data access, comes the threat of this information being exposed to unauthorized and unintended users. Many systems have been developed which scrutinize the data for a deviation from the normal behavior of a user or system, or search for a known signature within the data. These systems are termed as Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS). Intrusion Detection is the process of monitoring and identifying attempted unauthorized systems access or manipulation. Successful High Performance Computing (HPC) requires a combination of technical innovation as well as political and operational experience to balance out the many (sometimes contradictory) pressures encountered in this field. This is particularly true with respect to operational field. In this paper we try to summarize the various types of Intrusion detection systems available and explain some key points for each particular type of IDS available in the market today and also insight IDS on High Performance Computing (HPC) environment.

In this paper it is researched about intracluster similarity of clusters with respect to occurrence of positive and negative objects through RandIndex. There are many methods are present to find good clusters from the high dimensional datasets like BIRCH, CLARA, CLARANS, DBScan, PAM, CLIQUE etc.The CLIQUE ( Clustering in Quest ) is a dimensionGrowth subspace clustering method is used to find clusters. Here the process starts at single dimensional subspaces grows upward to higher dimensional ones. After finding the clusters from CLIQUE, with a user defined threshold value the occurrence of positive and negative objects are also found and it compares with the entropy of positive and negative objects with the value of RandIndex.
