The result of the football matches is highly dependent on referee rather than the football player skill regarding the violations of the offside rules. To increase the precision of the offside decision a system has been aimed that is called Tracking Technology in where quantify players positions and runs an algorithm to detect which players are offside or not. And Algorithm accuracy can be improved by increasing the sampling rate and accuracy of the players tracking technology. One of the suitable technologies is camera based tracking technology because no device is required to be borne by players. The main objective is to determine the offside situation in football matches which will help the match officials to improve the accuracy of decision making and can reduce the percentage of errors regarding offside decision.
