Respondents in this study consisted of 10 students with the highest Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) in each school. The level of importance of each criterion was determined using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). The findings show that the most influential criteria for determining students' performance are academic and personal factors. Additionally, the most dominants sub-criteria are instructor's mastery of the subject, instructor's presentations, health problems, family relationships, and learning methods.
