Sua implementação é um processo complexo e depende de diversas variáveis, e deve ser bem estudada buscando desenvolver um Plano de Implementação estruturado. Este projeto busca analisar os diversos fatores que influenciam uma implementação BIM, além de fazer uma análise acerca de peculiaridades de uma empresa júnior e, a partir disso, traçar estratégias de implantação e implementação do BIM para a empresa júnior Concreta Consultoria e Serviços da Universidade de Brasília, que integra as áreas de Arquitetura, Engenharia Civil e Engenharia Ambiental. Busca-se estudar a reestruturação de alguns de seus aspectos organizacionais para que ela possa receber o BIM, além do desenvolvimento de um Projeto Piloto para o mapeamento do fluxo de trabalho de projetos típicos da área de Arquitetura e Engenharia Civil.

BIM becomes, each day, a reality in the Building Construction area, and it is noticeable how organisations have been putting an effort, all around the world, to apply that methodology in their design processes. Its implementation is a complex process and depends on many variables, and not only is an intense studying on the theme necessary, but also the formalisation of a structured implementation project, taking into consideration the enterprise’s reality. This document intends to analyse many factors that influence the implementation of BIM, also analysing the peculiarities of Junior Enterprises and, from there, trace strategies for the implementation of BIM in the junior enterprise Concreta Consultoria e Serviços of the University of Brasilia, that integrates the areas of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Environmental Engineering. Some organisational aspects should be restructured in order to prepare the enterprise for the transition, followed by the design of a Pilot Project with the intent of mapping the workflow of typical architectural and engineering projects.
