The Toponym of Ciminna is not of arabic origins but from the name of a woman who lived in Termini, a roman woman who very likely had indigenous origins.
A Charter dated 12th century AD gives us the names of the reppresentatives of the Council of the Elders from Ciminna, two jews, father and son.
The reasearch is supported by archaeological and written evidence, some revisited some unknown up to now.
