This paper uses data from a survey that sought to examine tutors’ perceptions and use of MCLs in PPTTCs in Kenya. Research has shown that availability of CT infrastructure without considering the perceptions of the user cannot yield the desired results. Using a descriptive survey design, the study found that tutors had positive perceptions of the MCLs but actual use was not proportional. The study concluded that positive perceptions by tutors did not automatically lead to pedagogical use of the MCLs and recommended interventions from relevant stakeholders.
