These innovations allow for an easier, faster and more efficient way of passing through the knowledge between teacher and student. Some of these breakthroughs find the student to be the center point, where he is given tasks and made available information so he can be self-instructive and autonomous and create his own studying method, evolving gradually while being guided by a teacher of an autonomous learning system. With this research, it is intended to study and describe the various tools used in the learning process, indicating their advantages and disadvantages. There will also be a case study based on one of these tools, which will describe its method and operation while interacting with the various entities, and display the achieved results. The case study will be based on a specific learning scenario, on health area, where it will be analyzed in different contexts, showing the aspects and benefits of each analyzed environment on the learning process. It will be shown how to optimize the learning process using computation and automation tools, in a way that the teaching becomes faster, more efficient, and reliable, within a controllable environment where all the features are made available by today's technology.
