A complex Systemic perspective is assumed, supported by a qualitative methodology and a holistic analysis of the information, from which it is performed in comparison between the three cases, at three stages of the therapeutic process, that makes possible to establish differences and similarities among the three problems on behalf of its clinical and therapeutic understanding. The results show in all three cases the undeniable importance of the therapeutic relationship on the processes of change, stressing the relevance of a human encounter, and a collaborative and respectful relationship, in which it is possible to talk about the communication itself, and make explicit the affective, emotional and reflective process that are generated through the way in which the relation is constituted as a secure and reliable vehicle for transition to new ways of thinking and experiencing the world, others and himself. This process requires particular adjustments at a level of interactive coordination, communicative contact and emotional attitudes and understandings on the problem between patient and therapist, according to the same pattern of the problem, the framework of the consultants, and self-referential process of the therapist.
