There are two forms of E. histolytica – trophozite and cyst. It is 10 to 50μmin diameter. Trophozoites ingest erythrocytes and destruct the tissue; cyst forms ulcers in the colon. E. histolytica causes amoebiasis commonly in travellers, recent immigrants, homosexual men, and pregnant women. It is found in the tropical and subtropical area and around 1 lakh people die due to amoebiasis all over the world. In India, the infection is present in most of the rural places, where the poor sanitation presents. Case presentation: A case of amoebiasis is found in pregnant women residing in villages of district nearby Wardha, in Maharashtra. Anganwadi centers under the project 'Stepping Stones'. The innovation includes delivery of Enhanced Anganwadi Curriculum and Parenting Sessions through home visits by trained Anganwadi Workers with support from Community Health Workers. A system of computerized online and of training certification test was developed. This paper outlines the results of feasibility and acceptance of this system by Community Health Workers in maternal and child health programs. METHODS Pre-tested questionnaire with questions on different aspects of certification test and responses with Likert-type scoring scale was provided to 30 randomly selected community health workers trained by DMIMS. Weighted means of total scores for agreement/disagreement for feasibility and acceptability questions was calculated. RESULTS Average Weighted Mean of 4.07 demonstrated a strong agreement by all participants towards the feasibility and acceptability of this test. 47.67% candidates showed strong agreement. CONCLUSIONS Such type of tests can be framed and utilized as, time saving screening, and certification test, for different types of community healthcare cadre.

This study aims to explore attitude and perception of dental students towards online assessment during pandemic. Objective: To assess student’s perception, attitudes, and readiness toward online assessment. Methodology: A self constructed questionnaire including 10 questions was designed with 5 specialists, to improve the design ambiguity. The study was conducted through electronic media. Results: A total of 270 dental students answered the survey. The overall response rate was 70.68%. More than 50% students are well versed with online assessment. One fourth of the participants found convenience as the advantage while 64.7% students encountered technical issue as the limitation of online assessment.
