In digital image processing and precisely in the medical field, most of the medical images are us... more In digital image processing and precisely in the medical field, most of the medical images are usually corrupted by different types of noises which give importance to achieve highquality images to facilitate the observation operations for the given medical applications. The techniques of de-noising have become a basic practice in the applications of medical imaging to study of processing and biological structure of the medical images, which cause to be the processes of restoring the medical images that have a wide challenge in the scope of medical image processing. Therefore, to overcome these challenges, many restore algorithms have been developed like, Gaussian, median, and Weiner filters. These filters are used for the most generally affected noises in the medical images such as Gaussian, Speckle, Salt and Pepper, and Poisson noises, etc. This paper focuses on a process of adding noise using the speckle noise of the medical image and removes this noise by using three types of filters as a mean, median, and Weiner filters, these filters applied in different stages on the different medical image.
The use of quality standards in digital image enhancement applications is very important in under... more The use of quality standards in digital image enhancement applications is very important in understanding the effects of improvement achieved, and one of the most important processes on the image is the removal of noise from them. In the current research, 30% and 70% noise was added to the medical images by developing a noise removal filter based on the candidate for the idea of improving the sites, analyzing the main components and assembling the elements of the medical images. Because the noise in the image is generally high frequencies, so when it is removed. Vehicles will affect the edges and this causes gouache in the details of the image. In this research, a technique was used to reduce noise in the image, local heterogeneity, and edge analysis. In the wake of the concentration of each conventional strategy in order to identify the edges and then divide them and another ideal calculation is required. Another method of calculation was proposed to improve medical images: the use of an effective candidate. The performance of the method compares to other methods and two different levels. It is noted that the algorithm proposed using the fractional redundant function showed superior noise flexibility and reduced calculation time. The method was implemented using MATLAB.

Solar energy has become one of the most important sources of renewable energy. This is evident in... more Solar energy has become one of the most important sources of renewable energy. This is evident in the fact that many organizations and individuals have resorted to renewable energy, without fear of depletion, without fear of the monthly costs of using fuel-based electricity.The study examined the mechanism of using solar energy and the mechanism of solar cells in converting sunlight into electricity in general, and thus allocating research in solar energy conversion technologies to electrical energy, and some systems of assessing of these technologies, in order to know the future status of the technology of converting solar energy, as well as to know the costs that these technologies must reach in order to be a candidate for bulk power.

Which were chosen because of the importance of short period characteristics of classifying images since the fractal dimension of a surface has an approximation of complete relation with surface toughness. Therefore, the idea of using a new group of fractal characteristics is utilized to differentiate medical images. This work demonstrates the technique of using chaos theory and principles of fractal engineering in the processes of describing and differentiating medical images of red blood cells and while blood cells. A group consisted of two fractal characteristics, which are the fractal dimension, and the Lacunarity are developed to describe and differentiate medical images. An alternative method of box counting and mass radius is implemented to calculate those two fractal characteristics of images surface Furthermore, an instructional program designed by using PowerPoint and includes three instructional modules depending on system? approach knowledge based of using chaos theory and fractal engineering m the medical applications.

External edges of the image can be portioning and identifying the homogenous areas using three criteria to evaluate the segmentation method in terms of accuracy quality and effiencey. Resulted images quality were better than the original through detecting the edges of images blurred and highlight the edges of images and using Approximate fractal and digital filter (DCT). Way calculated by comparing the performance of the candidate fractal with effects such as an influential Laplace.The results shared a similar performance with low-noise image. Meanwhile, they were better using stimuli fractal with high-noise image. The investigation was made in MATLAB.

The electronic component circuit connection easily although the complexity in electronic component also useful from simulation in program to absolved the results in exact and speedy time instructional program was designed and simulated according system so that students have a knowledge base in the field of evaluation of the modulation .The instructional program takes of individualized difference because it does not require the learner to go along the sequence of units .He can by bass many of these units according to this needs speed and ability to learn.
