The patient usually presents with a slowly enlarging asymptomatic swelling, typically without radiographic abnormalities. This paper documents the presentation and management of a 46-year-old woman with a nasolabial cyst. The histopathologic features, differential diagnosis, treatment and prognosis are discussed.
