O artigo em questão visa analisar os direitos concedidos às mulheresgestantes, bem como as mudanç... more O artigo em questão visa analisar os direitos concedidos às mulheresgestantes, bem como as mudanças ocorridas em tais garantias com aaprovação da Reforma Trabalhista, Lei n° 13.467/2017, que entrou emvigor em 11 de novembro de 2017. Também serão estudadas alteraçõesque poderiam ter ocorrido no ordenamento como forma de trazer maissegurança jurídica às relações trabalhistas, especificamente a falta de regulamentação no que concerne ao prazo em que a gestante com estabilidade pode ingressar com ação judicial requerendo sua reintegração ao emprego. Ainda, será analisado o período de 120 dias de licença-maternidade atualmente concedido às mulheres, buscando auferir se tal intervalo de tempo é suficiente para garantir uma amamentação adequada aos recémnascidos. This article was developed by the Study Group "The Outsourcing as Insecurity Technical Labour Rel... more This article was developed by the Study Group "The Outsourcing as Insecurity Technical Labour Relations " , linked to the Methodist University-IPA. Outsourcing is a very current topic, that has being processed in the Senate by the law 4330 (current PLC 30), which aims at regularizing for activities-purpose companies, expanding the operation, changing the current legislation we have in moment, that you can only outsource support activities of companies.The article aims to bring greater awareness and information about the outsourcing process to the population , demystifying the fallacies created around the theme.We found that, in all areas that interferes, The outsourcing brings losses for the most part of workers, and also to the State and consumers.We have analyzed the anguish of outsourced workers which are subjectively affected, while they don't recognize themselves in their employment relationships, they don't receive their salaries and indemnities regularly, being considered invisibles and disposables.We use the method of bibliographic research with reading book chapters, scientific articles, case law and electronic sites. The result is a synthesis of the discussions in the study group, being completed with practice and experience of the author.
