Mainly, due to the presence of difficulties of students with intellectual disabilities in relation to learning, personal and social relationships. However, for the student to be successful in their development, it is necessary that the music teacher is prepared. For this reason, the main objective of this research aims to bring information about the difficulties that music educators face in their teaching process. Mainly, because there is no adequate planning of activities, which can contemplate students with intellectual disabilities, in addition to their form of evaluation. In addition, it is extremely serious to learn about the characteristics and classifications of its students with their respective intellectual disabilities. Therefore, when carrying out a bibliographic review on this topic, it is concluded that many music educators will have information about these procedures, which will guide inclusive practices and quality music education.
