Los autores presentan alternativas para trabajar la enseñanza de la lengua, dando respuesta a la ... more Los autores presentan alternativas para trabajar la enseñanza de la lengua, dando respuesta a la diversidad cultural de las aulas, mejorando la comprensión y el uso del lenguaje entre el alumnado. A partir de una propuesta práctica se ve necesario establecer un modelo de comunicación multidireccional y circular dentro del aula, así como una participación de los alumnos en la elección y planificación de los contenidos. Relacionado con esto también es interesante negociar las estrategias de enseñanza-aprendizaje y los procedimientos que se utilizan, así como la evaluación que se hace, la cual ha de obedecer a razones pedagógicas teniendo en cuenta la participación activa del grupo. Palabras clave: integración de la diversidad, enseñanza-aprendizaje de la lengua, entidad cultural, construcción del conocimiento. Resum Els autors presenten alternatives per treballar l'ensenyament de la llengua, tot donant resposta a la diversitat cultural de les aules, afavorint la comprensió i l'ús del llenguatge entre l'alumnat. A partir d'una proposta pràctica es veu necessari establir un model de comunicació multidireccional i circular dins l'aula, així com una participació dels alumnes en l'elecció i planificació dels continguts. Relacionat amb això, també és interessant negociar les estratègies d'ensenyament-aprenentatge i els procediments que s'utilitzen, així com l'avaluació que es fa, la qual ha d'obeir a raons pedagògiques tenint en compte la participació activa del grup. Paraules clau: integració de la diversitat, ensenyament-aprenentatge de la llengua, entitat cultural, construcció de coneixement.

Digital platforms are spaces for social participation with significant value in the development o... more Digital platforms are spaces for social participation with significant value in the development of the identity of adolescents and emerging adults. The objective is to identify the behavior and visibility of LGBT content using Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter posts of such content from May 16 to November 16, 2022, collecting 539,389 posts. Social media monitoring techniques gathered the posts with the keywords “LGTB” or “LGBT” in Spanish and English, forming the database. The methodology is based on a mixed design: first, the database is analyzed using Big Data techniques and, second, the 10 most viral posts from each social network are selected. The results show that dissemination of gender identity in content and meaning is uneven across the various social networks. Twitter profiles have a higher number of posts (61%), polarization, and lower virality and exhibit visible LGBTphobia. Las prácticas de uso tan habituales en su vida cotidiana son ubicuas, pero relativamente invisibles para docentes y familias. Un conocimiento necesario para marcar una hoja de ruta en el diseño de propuestas educativas mediadas por tecnologías móviles. Mediante un estudio descriptivo longitudinal cuantitativo, se identifican niveles de uso y comportamiento con los teléfonos móviles en una muestra (N=645) escolar en ESO-Bachillerato, prestando especial atención a qué aplicaciones son las más empleadas, y el tiempo de uso en función del género y nivel educativo. Los resultados evidencian que el teléfono móvil no se percibe como un sistema de almacenamiento de información, se emplea con una finalidad comunicativa (RRSS) de las que se nutren las aplicaciones de edición de imagen (fotografía-vídeo) y consumo de audiovisuales (vídeos-música). El alumnado que hoy ha de enfrentarse y/o disfrutar de una obra literaria escolar anhela que dicha lectura disponga de una correlación multimodal (Scolari, 2013; Cassany, 2012, Lankshear & Knobel, 2011) que no sólo concrete la narración textual, sino que convierta en tangible una idea abstracta creada por el alumnado.
In this paper, we advance some of the results of a study aimed at identifying the contributions o... more In this paper, we advance some of the results of a study aimed at identifying the contributions of smartphones as a support for multiple systems of representation in continuing teacher training. The participants are three teachers of primary school. The still-image tools on smartphones enable the representation and communication of situations experienced in classrooms using photography. Taking photos of classroom situations that are considered difficult by these teachers, and later viewing these photos to help them reflect on what occurred in the classroom using photo-elicitation processes, enables us to evaluate the possibilities that smartphones offer to represent and communicate meanings, beliefs and ideas on problematic situations using images, while weighing up diverse alternatives for professional action. They further enable analysis of trends concerning the type of image captured and the meanings associated to them.

The study, which is based on creativity of human language, evaluates the multimodal productions of a group of students of secondary education (Year 7) in Spain, who work with iPads (1:1 context) within a cooperative learning approach, and analyzes this learning experience from the students' point of view. The results show the impact multimodality has on the own students and on their way of working with the foreign language. The quality of their productions, not only regarding language but also as an act of creation, and the way they appropriate the different semiotic modes multimodality offers will also be examined. Specifically, we have analyzed the value of the Index for Inclusion in the integration of knowledge in a pathway called Inclusive Education, in the Master of Psychology and pedagogy in the University of Alcala (Spain). Through a process of collaborative inquiry, the data contribute to the debate about the value of the materials for reflective integration of theory and practice in higher education, and its potential for interdisciplinary processes. The results indicate that the Index for Inclusion is a highly practical and versatile resource to enhance interdisciplinary relationships because it allows problem solving based learning.
