Social attitude to the role of women lags much behind the law. The attitude which considers women fit for certain jobs and not others, causes prejudice in those who recruit employees. Thus, women find employment easily as nurses, doctors, teachers, secretaries or on the assembly line. Even when well qualified women are available, preference is given to a male candidate of equal qualifications. A gender bias creates an obstacle at the recruitment stage itself. When it comes to remuneration, though the law proclaims equality, it is not always practiced. The inbuilt conviction that women are incapable ofhandling arduous jobs and are less efficient than men influences the payment of unequal salaries and wages for the same job.

These are some of the random statements which is often heard from our near and dear. It actually for one's own benefit and for the benefit of entire society. If communities are safer and in good health, they will put less of a strain on the health care system. If they use public transport, the highways will not be congested and there will be less pollution. But are these good things actually followed. The clear answer is No (Most of the time) It's a common saying that " No poster or quotation changes your behavior, but it's YOU " If you have to change the world, start changing yourself first. Most of the time the person doesn't realize anything wrong in their behavior or habit. They feel that it's the way our forefathers have been doing things and it's obviously correct. This is one such thinking that blocks the change. Individuals have to change their behavior and attitude towards their day to day activity. And behavior change is what social marketing is all about. For example: Save water-Use tissue towel instead of water. The research paper is purely based on secondary data available on various websites. The research is an attempt to understand what social marketing is and how this tool could be used effectively to enhance sales and brand image.

Environmental concern has been a great concern to both developed and developing nations. Earlier it was assumed that economic development and environmental protection cannot be blended together, but the recognition of the interdependence of the environment and the economy is increasingly recognized. As such the Rio +20 United Nations Summit (June 2012) on Sustainable Development's theme is the Green Economy. Green Economy is being a dream for many nations. Experiencing more than a 200% increase in growth since 2005, 2010 broke all records – at $243 billion, investments were double the figure in 2006 and nearly five times that from 2004. One of the main drivers of the unparalleled growth seen in clean energy investments in 2010 was the direct result of government intercession. In India also Greengrowth is an adopted agenda. There has been increasing concern on environmental degradation caused by rapid industrialization and realization of the need to take corrective measures to protect the environment.Green finance can make this happen faster. The objective behind this paper is to give an overview of need of green economy, and green financing as an effective tool to attain this goal of green economy. Also how green approach can be implemented effectively in India, through proper policy. This is descriptive type of research and is based on secondary data primarily used e-journals, articles, news highlights and websites.

While scholars like Nitin Nohria Dean Harvard Business School from Indian origin are leading the world’s top B-Schools; B-Schools in India are struggling to find a place among the Top 100 Global Institutions.
Out of top 100 institutions 55 are from USA followed by U.K and Canada. India’s expenditure on education as a % of GDP is more i.e. 4.1% compared to 3.6% in Japan and 3.8% in Russia. We often question on the quality of “Made in China “products, but China have clearly excelled India in terms of the quality of management education. There are 10 AACSB (Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business) accredited institutions in China as compare to none in India., when there are more than 2000 business schools in India as compared to around 230 in China.
The management education in India is in pathetic state. Every year more than 1, 10,000 management graduates pass out from various B-Schools, but not even 5% of them reach the professional heights within 5 years of their career. India B-School concentrates on the quantity rather than quality. It had become money based rather than value based. Industry exposure forms a vital part of management studies and the present system does not provide adequate interfaces with the industry. Comparing with other top B-schools in India and abroad under the present curriculum, designed by the Indian Universities, the time allotted for industry exposure is about two to three months, which is comparatively low compared to the other top B-schools. Also there is a lack of coordination between Academic and Industry.
This paper is an effort to examine the present scenario and drawbacks of management education in India. Also to find out ways to improve it, so that it can be considered at par with the global standards.
Key Words: Quality, Value-Based, Interface, Exposure.
