Let k, g, N 1 , N 2 ∈ N such that 1 ≤ k ≤ N 2 , g + h > 2 and 2k − 4g − h + 3 ≤ N 2 ≤ 2k + g + h − 2, where h := 2N 1 − N 2. Let T be a tree of N 1 vertices and let c : V (T) → N be vertex weights such that c(T) := v∈V (T) c(v) = N 2 and c(v) ≤ k for all v ∈ V (T). We prove that a subtree S of T of weight k − g + 1 ≤ c(S) ≤ k exists and can be found in linear time. Masa Epidemi virus Covid 19 memaksa perubahan perilaku manusia, terutama interaksi antara manusia... more Masa Epidemi virus Covid 19 memaksa perubahan perilaku manusia, terutama interaksi antara manusia untuk mengurangi dampak penyebaran virus ini. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui upaya peningkatan kinerja dan kualitas guru di masa pandemi dengan pelatihan melalui webinar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan yang berarti penelitian yang utamanya menargetkan buku-buku dan literatur lainnya. Didukung kajian penelitian, di masa pandemi ini kinerja dan kualitas guru kurang maksimal apabila dibandingkan dengan saat sebelum pandemi. Di masa pandemi ini, pelatihan perlu dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan kualitas guru, meskipun pelatihan hanya dilakukan secara daring. Webinar perlu digalakkan, untuk memberi pelatihan terkait pembelajaran jarak jauh. Dari penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa webinar merupakan pilihan pembelajaran yang efektif meningkatkan kinerja dan kualitas guru dalam saat pandemi COVID-19. Selain itu, ini merupakan alternatif model pendampingan yang ramah terhadap larangan pemerintah atas social distancing disaat pandemi COVID-19.

To form a new professional Civil Servants (PNS), there needs to be an update on the current pattern of education and training. The practice of conducting Pre-service Training with classical learning patterns is more dominated by lecture methods, making it difficult to form the basic values of the PNS profession, especially the internalization process in each of the Pre-service Training participants. The focus or subject of this research is all parties involved in the implementation of Regular Group III Pre-service Training in South Kalimantan, Central Kalimantan and East Kalimantan, which took place on 28 September to 30 October 2015 at Banjarmasin Religious Education and Training Center.
