Because it has two functions at once, namely as a supplier of all the needs of the community, primary, secondary and tertiary. At the same time, they also function as absorbers of community labor, which can economically increase purchasing power. (Ansari, T. 2019) Economic activity is born aimed at improving people's welfare. The welfare of society always has an impact on the growth cycle and the running of a nation's economy. For the sake of running an economy well and continuously, the state or government forms various financial institutions which are expected not only to be able to manage finances and carry out the economic cycle but also to empower the people's economy. Various attempts at formulation, valuation, and improvement as well as a local genius (wisdom local) are considered in the birth of various financial-based empowerment institutions. One of the institutions formed by the government to manage finances and empower the community's economy is the Aceh Baitul Mal.

This study aims to determine the role of the Village Credit Institution (LPD) in increasing socia... more This study aims to determine the role of the Village Credit Institution (LPD) in increasing social entrepreneurship by conducting interpretive ethnographic research through in-depth interviews with village traditional managers and residents as informants to obtain detailed descriptions of behavior, values ??, and attitudes related to the development of LPD in Bali. The results showed that the LPD has played a role in the development of social entrepreneurship in Balinese in the form of (1) initiating the development of social entrepreneurship; (2) playing a role in the development of social entrepreneurship extracted from the existing social capital in Balinese; (3) increasing a social entrepreneurial spirit in the form of the desire to social values creativity, the existence of economic activities; community empowerment, and resource mobilization; (4) increasing business embryos and social-based business development to increase income and improve family and community welfare. So that suggestions for the community are to maintain the LPD to build social entrepreneurship.

The Role of Woman Preachers to Empower Torajan People’s Economy. The aim of this research is to a... more The Role of Woman Preachers to Empower Torajan People’s Economy. The aim of this research is to analyze the role of woman preachers to empower Torajan people’s economy. It used qualitative phenomenology research. The data were collected by interview and Focus Group Discussion to informants through purposive and snowball sampling. After that, the data were validated by technique, sources, and researchers triangulation. In terms of analysis, the data were analyzed using Miles and Hubberman’s method. Findings show that there are 3 main roles of woman preachers to empower Torajan people economy, namely role in context of increasing income, role in context of expenditure efficiency, and role in context of financial management. Those roles have strong relationship with the role of women in the family. The main challenge is the implementation of the roles in real life. Based on the results, it is recommended to strengthen the implementation of the woman preachers’ role.

The impact of business is by decreasing people's purchasing power, decreasing consumers, causing companies to experience failure, and eventually terminating employment. The goal is to find out to what extent the impact of COVID 19 has changed the business culture in Indonesia. This research uses descriptive qualitative research where the research uses interview sources and the results are explored with a literature approach through expert studies and other scientists. The results of the study explain that the approach and approach taken by business people have changed, especially in the areas of sales methods, approaching buyers, and also marketing strategies.

The outputs of this research were the factual model outlining institutional support for congregation economic empowerment, the hypothetical model expected to improve factual model, and the validated final model. This study has aim to determine the push factors, and pulls factors to visit Blimbingsari Village. The respondents are 100 people. Based on their genders, there are 46% male and 54% female. Domestic tourists are 46%, and 28% Australian, and the other nationalities. Student visitors are 28%, 18% are retired, and 64% are workers in various sectors. The result of structural equation modelling (SEM) analysis indicates that the push factor correlation has not significantly affect to the tourist visiting to the Tourism Village of Blimbingsari. The questionnaire given contains structured questions that are limited by screening, profiling questions and questions related to research variables that affect e-commerce consumer loyalty. This research is a qualitative phenomenological research. The research was conducted during the Covid-19 pandemic due to observance of health protocols. Research data were collected from primary sources (research informants) with interview techniques, observation, and focus group discussion. The data collected was validated by triangulation of sources and methods. The data were then analyzed using the Spradly domain model analysis technique. The results of the study found three LPD roles for members during the Covid-19 pandemic as follows: (1) productive roles: financial solutions for members based on kinship principles; (2) the role of macro social responsibility: resources for the collective collective of members; (3) the role of micro social responsibility: resources for the needs of individual members.
