The relation between the new mappings and intuitionistic fuzzy quotient mapping are investigated with counter examples.

Understanding vagueness, indeterminacy and imprecision are the most important in GIS. Smarandache's neutrosophic set is a computational method to tackle problems involving incomplete, innite and reliable data. The denition of soft sets was introduced by Molodtsov as a new mathematical method to tackle uncertainty. Maji presented the Neutrosophic Soft Set theory. This paper provides concepts of a neurtrosophic soft spatial region for its possible application in GIS. The notions of neutrosophic soft -open, neutrosophic soft pre-open, neutrosophic soft semi-open and neutrosophic soft B-open sets are introduced.

We characterize rough intuitionistic structure subspace space by applying various topological notions.Few of its properties are discussed.

Based on evidence theory and grey relational analysis (GRA) technique, we design a new method for decision making problems. We verify the developed approach and to demonstrate its practicality and its effectiveness by an example.

Researchers have applied IoT techniques in different domains such as health monitoring, agriculture, food supply, smart city and so on. In these applications, IoT technologies enabled the end user to monitor and control different devices from remote places. To increase security and provide variant facilities in a home environment, researchers applied IoT to create a smart home. This paper contains a study of different IoT based smart home techniques, we have classified IoT based smart home techniques into two categories namely, IoT based Smart Home Automation and IoT based Smart Home Security Systems. In this study, we have discussed various sensors, doorways, and communication protocols used in IoT based smart home.

By making use of novel Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional, some criteria which assures the asymptotic synchronization are achieved with the help of event-triggered reliable control streatagy. In order to safeguard the control resources the event-triggered control law is proposed. The obtained LMIs are solved for feasible solution with MATLAB LMI tool box. At last, simulations are shown to validate the results.

We have also prolonged neutrosophic ideal theory for neutrosophic ideal over a ring to single valued neutrosophic ideal of a single valued neutrosophic ring. Examples are given in order to illustrate the theory and part of single valued neutrosophic notation used.

Neutrosophic sets deals with uncertain data. This paper defines the notion of neutrosophic b-open sets and neutrosophic b-closed sets and their properties are investigated. Further neutrosphic b-interior and neutrosphic b-closure operators are studied and their relationship with other operators are also discussed.

Data dissemination from cluster head to sink node in multiple hops leads to non-uniformity of energy consumption among sensors which may reduce network lifetime. Hence, the concept of sink mobility came into existence. For the complete utilization of sink mobility, a random move with efficient data collection is proposed which is named as Dynamic Sink Mobility for Data Collection (DSMDC). Sink migration is based on Detected Event Frequency (DEF). In DSMDC, the mobile sink plays the entire role for collecting data from cluster heads by first reaching the grid set with highest DEF and then by taking a clockwise move with SDMA technology to collect data from the remaining grid set in parallel while returning back to its original position. Existing data collection techniques that uses sink mobility are classified and analyzed. DSMDC is simulated using NS2 and proved to be better in terms of performance metrics when compared with two more dynamic moving strategies, namely DEF-A and DEF-D, in which the mobile sink moves based on the ascending and descending order of the DEF.
