Dr. John Tsaknis is Food Scientist, with two years postgraduate studies (M.phil) and Ph.D. in Food Technology (UK 1990-1996). From 1988 he is a Member of the Royal Society of Chemistry, UK having a Certificate of ‘Chartered Chemist’ and is also a member of the New York Academy of Sciences. He has a Certificate in “HACCP Principles and Their Application in Food Safety”, from Royal Institute of Public Health
