One of the important figures in the development of Christian teaching in Java is inseparable from the role of a man named Radin, who later became Radin Abas and after being babtis became Kiai Sadrach. The idea of this writing sets off from the discovery of the unbalanced application of the princip... more The idea of this writing sets off from the discovery of the unbalanced application of the principle of justice in the case of blasphemy, where the application of the principle of justice is not based on pure legal norms. In the application of the principle of justice, it is still more influenced by the pressures of masses. With the pressure of masses, it should be used as a case example in this study. The law applied is a positive law that applies in Indonesia which is applied to anyone who violates the law. The method used in this study is a comparative study between legal research and religious research to find the sense of justice according to state law and Christian law, with the case studies of Kace and Waloni. From the case study, it shows that the justice in Indonesia is tilted and very unbalanced. Cases of blasphemy are still completely influenced by the unbalanced application of the principle of justice. In seeking the justice of the state, Christians must stick to the Bible and Christ as the just judge. The unjust treatment and the insistence of the masses that required Pilate to impose a death sentence on the Lord Jesus is sufficient evidence that Christians with faith must be wise in their response to the laws of the state.

Such policies have significantly but negatively influenced people’s activities, particularly in the economic sector. The most affected class is those having low income or weak economic conditions. This problem is also experienced by many churches and church deacons. In facing this kind of situation, believers who have better economic capacity are required to take an active role by helping and funding the church’s treasury and assisting the church deacons. The results showed that the Covid-19 pandemic greatly affects the people’s economic condition including the declining church fund because all worship activities must be done online.
