Contaminations demand possibilities of "treatments", which require individual or collective decisions of the players. Concepts about hygiene, sanitation, pollution, transmission of microorganisms, defense mechanisms, vaccines and preservation of the environment are addressed as the game unfolds. The game was developed and evaluated from a new framework that can be applied in the development and evaluation of similar games. The evaluation of the tool, resulting from a workshop with Biology and Science teachers, and by High School students was broadly favorable to the use of the game in the classroom as it was considered a relevant playful motivating material for learning into school curriculum.
