The particular cases of moonpool resonance with thin wall (two sides of each wall are “back to back”) and gap resonance with small distance (gap sides of two bodies are “face to face”) are studied with attention on the frequency and amplitude of the fluid resonances. The dissipation is introduced by a drop of the dynamic pressure across the control surfaces proportional to the normal velocity, which play the role of the dissipative surfaces defined in [1].
