The World Expo Museum comprehensively demonstrates World Expos' historical value, impacts of global change and regional outline of human development trends. The paper revises author's vision of the future of global governance from the perspective of Chinaforeign interactions experience. Analyzing legal globalization from the aspect of involved agents, the author presents a case study of World Expo 2010 that signifies Shanghai's status in the 21st century, shifting from "the next great world city" to "the excellent global city". Establishment of the World Expo Museum is explained as a subsequent result of international cooperation and a 'bottom-to-top' policy of global importance. Ongoing development of museums/expos is seen as a global innovative trend of eco-environmental intercultural exchange and a creative project for future generations, while China continues extending openness to the rest of the world. China is actively involved in global governance reform and a global agenda that defines the future of dignity, security and mutual benefit is noted. These provisions demonstrate that the rest of the world needs more information about China. Expo 2020 Dubai has been postponed due to COVID-19 by a one year following the global mega event running from 1 October 2021 to 31 March 2022. It can be thus said that such actions show a global collective desire of mutual cooperation in times of undecidable global challenge.

In the modern era of globalization, one cannot remain neutral to the present violations of human ... more In the modern era of globalization, one cannot remain neutral to the present violations of human rights, terroristic attacks, acts of extremism, aggression or xenophobia. The scale and impact of migration re-defined the stable formula and relationship between the fundamental values of diversity, sovereignty and modern statehood. Presently, numerous academic works discussing different migration-related topics are authored, meanwhile, the attitude of academics to migration has deeply changed. The level of forced migration and labour mobility heightened the importance of state support for refugees and asylum seekers in the framework of an inclusion-friendly policy: a modernized policy aiming to help create a positive, complex system, focusing on public needs, social standards and migrants’ expectations. The assessment of the problem of equal treatment to migrant workers and national minorities is justified by the fact that it exists on several levels of the migration process: the global, international and domestic levels

As climate change is one of the greatest challenges of our time, the legal and economic issues of... more As climate change is one of the greatest challenges of our time, the legal and economic issues of global environmental security deserve high praise. In the area of industrial competitiveness, where the negative effects of global climate change include floods and droughts, forest fires, and rising sea levels, climate change is highly problematic. Climate impacts affect public and private agricultural infrastructure (including the coastal zone), resulting in lost productivity and increased costs for agriculture. The article applies climate change on a global scale in the form of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions to determine how the mixtures and emissions of any one entity affect other areas (e.g., individual, community, company or country emissions). Exploring the theoretical and practical premises of climate change as a complex phenomenon, the novelty of this article is that it examines the current framework of the environmental-legal concept, not just the political implications of the legal framework. The research aim of the article lies in two dimensions: the European Union's current climate change policy framework (the climate and energy package, a set of climate change strategies and related policies targeting EU candidate countries); recent environmental operations in Ukraine as an EU candidate country under extraordinary conditions. This article examines recent changes in climate legislation and climate policy in EU member and candidate countries, as well as other highly developed countries, such as the United Kingdom, the United States, and China. Focusing on the impact of the EU Climate and Energy Package (2020 and 2030), this article examines the main implications of EU climate legislation regulating the EU Emissions Trading Scheme and promoting the role of renewable energy in global energy consumption and energy efficiency in general. As a result of this study, this analysis offers multifaceted conclusions based on the interaction of a number of current administrative acts on climate change and environmental policy on a global scale.

It may seem unclear what Global Constitutionalism actually means, since all around the world the ... more It may seem unclear what Global Constitutionalism actually means, since all around the world the term “constitutionalism” has very divergent manifestations. Moreover, the mission of world/global constitutionalism is different for legal and political scientists around globe. However, there is consensus that raising questions concerning the role of inter-state integration, participation and globalization in modern constitutional legal science is the main focus of global constitutionalism (GlobCon), which is understood as a discourse, promoting the value and functions of constitutional principles in the international legal order. The role of international principles and legal norms for forms of established cooperation between states is highly acknowledged. At the same time, global constitutionalism needs a clear perspective. For this reason this article addresses two main questions: 1. Why is the study of global constitutionalism seen as the origin of constitutional provisions and a guideline for national democracies under extreme conditions? 2. The main aim of the article is to analyze the work permit policies implemented by the EU and its member states to manage the legal employment of migrant workers, focusing on the existing programs during the last two years. The subject of the study is the outcome of work permit legislation and quotas for third country economic relations with the European Union. The methodology of the research includes the method of descriptive and explanatory study of legal issues of EU work permit quotas, followed by statistical analysis with legal review of the data on the subject.
