The object that appears in images and variation caused by shadow, occlusion, camouflage in satellite images are the fundamental challenges posed by image enhancement techniques. The aim of this research work was to enhance satellite images of Sambisa using histogram equalization technique. MATLAB 2021 was used to implement the experiment. The results show that histogram equalization method has an excellent processing effect and it improved the brightness, contrast and clarity of the images as compared original images and the enhanced images.

The main aim of this research work is to examine the efficiency of cyber security and computational laws in Nigerian banking system, in this survey research method were used both primary and secondary data were used which includes; questionnaire, interview and internet were used in this work the data were analyzed using correlation and regression technique and Chi-square were used to test the hypothesis. From the Chi-square (x 2) distribution table, the degree of freedom 3 under the level of significance (0.05) = 7.8 15. Since the x 2 calculated is greater than x 2 statistical value i.e. 9.389>7.815, the null hypothesis is rejected and the alternative hypothesis is accepted. This means there is an efficiency of cyber security law in the Nigerian banking system.

Tuberculosis (TB) is a disease caused by a bacterium called Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Basically... more Tuberculosis (TB) is a disease caused by a bacterium called Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Basically there are two types of TB, latent and pulmonary TB. It symptoms include persistent cough for more than two weeks, cough with blood, night sweat, tiredness, fever, chest pain, lymph node enlargement. It treatment depends on severity level such as mild, moderate, severe and very severe and this can be obtained from TB diagnosis such as chest x-ray image, nucleic acid amplification test and culture and sensitivity. The main aim of this work is to determine severity level of TB using image processing techniques. Chest x-ray (CXR) images of TB patients were obtained from Google image. Firstly, the CXR images were enhanced from Red Green Blue (RGB) to gray image (GI) form. Secondly, GI were decomposed, convolved, compressed and filtered these processing is called image degradation. Thirdly, These GI were restored and binarized. Threshold value ≥ 53 was obtained to classify the severity level of the infected image Furthermore, average error was calculated and system performance obtained. This work revealed that image 1, 2, 6 and 11 has a total pixel value 11067, 6735, 9256 and 3894 respectively ≥ 53 which indicates that the % of the infected areas as 99.62%, 99.52%, 96.70% and 82.78% respectively which shows the severity level are very severe. While the image 3, 4, 5, 8 and 9 has a percentage of infected areas 73.13%, 72.90%, 76.80%, and 76.84% respectively which indicate the severity level as severe. Image 7 has a percentage of infected area 51.21 which shows the severity level as moderate. This research work revealed that image processing is a suitable technique for determine the severity level of TB.

The body's response to active TB infection produces inflammation that can damage the lungs. Areas affected by active TB gradually fill with scar tissue. It is spread from person-to-person. A person is often infected by inhaling the germs. Tuberculosis germs are spread into the air when a person with TB disease of the lungs or throat coughs, sneezes, speaks, or sings. These germs can stay in the air for several hours, depending on the environment. However, patients with chronic diseases, such as diabetes, chronic kidney disease, and silicosis, are at elevated risk. Finally, age younger than 4 years, long-term malnutrition, and substance abuse are independent risk factors for disease. The aim of this research work is to develop an adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy system for predicting the presence of Mycobacterium tuberculosis. The system is structured with inputs and one output of which rules were generated by the system with the help of three domain Medical expertise and are injected in to the knowledge based where the system would use this rules to make decisions and draw a conclusion. MATLAB7.0 was used to implement this experiment using fuzzy logic and Neural Network toolbox. In this experiment linguistic variables are evaluated using Gaussian membership function.

Therefore, the remarkable advancement recorded by computer vision today such as in remote sensing, security, medical imaging and robotics etc. The aim of this research work was to explored the technical and theoretical contributions of image processing techniques and DL algorithms to computer vision. A systematic method of literature review was adapted. Basic image processing techniques such as standardization, denoising, filtering, and segmentation are clearly explored, concept of DL algorithms are briefly discussed, recent reviewed articles (from 2018 to date) are obtained from top journals in computer vision thus; IEEE, Elsevier and ISPR and tabulated as a major source of information for this work. We have shown some of the software’s used for the implementation of deep learning researches in computer vision. Finally we concludes and give recommendations based on our findings.

However, there are significant limitations of traditional methods of multi-object detection such as matching based techniques and object based image analysis. Although Convolutional neural network and image processing techniques has been proved to be essential fields in so many applications of computer vision specifically multi-object detection, multi-object classification, object retrieval, object recognition and object segmentation in a digital image or video, however, multi-object detection especially in satellite images suffer from problems such as shadow, camouflage, and occlusion. The aim of this research work was to design a robust multi-class object detection model in satellite images using image processing techniques and convolutional neural network with a particular concern on image preprocessing, image denoising and image enhancement to enable address the issue of noise in satellite images. The Satellite image that are propose for this model is LandSat-8, because it is free access for research and have a tract record in terms of consistency. The proposed model applied supervised learning algorithm for training different samples of labeled data for the model to enable the system detect vegetation, water bodies, road networks and building. This research will enable the government to know the positions as well as the coordinates of every thick forest, drainage, road networks and buildings in the forest for security reasons. It is at the heart of this research to pave away for the full implementation of this model using either MATLAB or Python Programming.

The system consists of four (4) major components which include; the Knowledge base, the Fuzzification, the Inference engine and Defuzzification. Mamdani's fuzzy inference engine were used to infer data from the rules developed. This resulted in the establishment of some degrees of membership functions of input variables on the output. The main aim of this research work was to determine the blood glucose level of diabetic patient using adaptive Neuro-fuzzy. Data of 80 diabetic patients were collected from Federal Medical Centre Jalingo. It was used for training and testing the system, Gaussian Membership function was used, hybrid training algorithm was used for training and testing, the error obtain is 0.0008333 at epoch 4 which shows that the training performance is exactly 99.99% and testing performance of the system are 99.99% at epoch 4. This shows that adaptive Neuro-fuzzy system can be applied to medical diagnosis because of the error obtained.
