This compound is known to have numerous biological activities; among these, the antioxidant activity has not been thoroughly studied yet. In this study, the hydroperoxyl scavenging activity of SFR was examined by using density functional theory calculations. SFR is predicted to be an excellent HOO • scavenger in water at pH = 7.40 with k overall = 4.75 × 10 7 M −1 s −1 , principally due to an increase in the activity of the anionic form following the single-electron transfer mechanism. Consistently, the activity of the neutral form is more prominent in the non-polar environment with k overall = 1.79 × 10 4 M −1 s −1 following the formal hydrogen transfer mechanism. Through integrated and innovative methods, we are able to understand how land degradation due to ... more Through integrated and innovative methods, we are able to understand how land degradation due to erosion can affect not only economic indicators such as GDP, poverty reduction, genuine savings, and unemployment, but also land assets, land use changes, ecosystem service supply, and terrestrial natural capital. Results suggest that investments in productive infrastructure for fruit plantations may not be sufficient to reduce imports and increase food and nutritional security. As a result, gradually expanded irrigated agriculture, land consolidation to increase productivity, and increased fertilizer application following an integrated approach for land asset management and conservation can enhance economic wellbeing, help counter environmental degradation, and increase ecosystem services supply.

In this paper, we studied and applied the modified SSDLite_MobileNetV2 and proposed a solution to always maintain the boundary of the total memory capacity in the following robust bound and applied on the bridge navigational watch & alarm system (BNWAS). The hardware was designed based on raspberry Pi-3, an embedded single board computer with CPU smartphone level, limited RAM without CUDA GPU. Experimental results showed that the deep learning model on an embedded single board computer brings us high effectiveness in application.
Acute hepatopancreatic necrosis disease (AHPND) has recently emerged as a serious disease of cult... more Acute hepatopancreatic necrosis disease (AHPND) has recently emerged as a serious disease of cultured shrimp. A total of 19 lactic acid bacteria (LAB) strains isolated from shrimp samples were characterized based on morphological characteristics, biochemical tests, sequencing analysis, and their ability to antagonize Vibrio parahaemolyticus, which causes AHPND in whiteleg shrimp. Results from the agar well diffusion method indicated that 3 out of 19 isolated LAB strains showed the highest antagonizing ability against AHPND V. parahaemolyticus strain with an inhibition zone diameter ranging from 18 to 20 mm. Experiments where shrimps were given feed supplemented with these LAB strains and challenged with AHPND strain showed high survival rates (approximately 80.0%), which were not significantly different as compared to those recorded in the negative control treatment (86.6%), but significantly different to those recorded in the positive control treatment (40.6%) after 16 days of the ...
