Tóm tắt Mục tiêu: Phân tích kết quả triển khai hiệu chỉnh liều vancomycin dựa trên giá trị AUC (d... more Tóm tắt Mục tiêu: Phân tích kết quả triển khai hiệu chỉnh liều vancomycin dựa trên giá trị AUC (diện tích dưới đường cong nồng độ-thời gian) ước đoán bằng phương pháp Bayesian theo quy trình theo dõi nồng độ thuốc trong máu (therapeutic drug monitoring-TDM) vancomycin áp dụng trên bệnh nhân (BN) Hồi sức thần kinh. Đối tượng và phương pháp: Nghiên cứu tiến cứu trên 62 BN sử dụng vancomycin tại Khoa Nội hồi sức Thần kinh, Bệnh viện Hữu nghị Việt Đức từ tháng 3-12/2022 thông qua hoạt động chuyên môn phối hợp giữa dược sĩ lâm sàng, bác sĩ điều trị và các điều dưỡng. Dựa trên kết quả định lượng nồng độ thuốc vancomycin trong máu của BN, giá trị AUC được ước đoán theo phương pháp Bayesian trên phần mềm SmartdoseAI. Mức liều vancomycin được hiệu chỉnh nhằm đạt đích AUC 400-600 mg.h/L. Kết quả: Tỷ lệ BN sử dụng chế độ liều duy trì ban đầu đúng với khuyến cáo khá cao (64,5%) nhưng chỉ có 25,8% bệnh nhân có giá trị AUC nằm trong khoảng 400-600 mg.h/L. Sau khi hiệu chỉnh liều, tỷ lệ BN đạt đích dược động học/ dược lực học (PK/PD) đã tăng lên 61,3%. The links between the bug reports in an issue-tracking system and the corresponding fixing change... more The links between the bug reports in an issue-tracking system and the corresponding fixing changes in a version repository are not often recorded by developers. Such linking information is crucial for research in mining software repositories in measuring software defects and maintenance efforts. However, the state-of-the-art bug-to-fix link recovery approaches still rely much on textual matching between bug reports and commit/change logs and cannot handle well the cases where their contents are not textually similar. This paper introduces MLink, a multi-layered approach that takes into account not only textual features but also source code features of the changed code corresponding to the commit logs. It is also capable of learning the association relations between the terms in bug reports and the names of entities/components in the changed source code of the commits from the established bug-to-fix links, and uses them for link recovery between the reports and commits that do not share much similar texts. Our empirical evaluation on realworld projects shows that MLink can improve the state-ofthe-art bug-to-fix link recovery methods by 11-18%, 13-17%, and 8-17% in F-score, recall, and precision, respectively.

Artificial reproduction of bagrid catfish requires sources of quality fingerlings in terms of genetics. In fact, bagrid catfish is endangered due to overhunting. Until now, studying on bagrid catfish was mainly focused on biology characterictics and artificial breeding. In this study, three microsatellite markers were used to assess the genetic characteristics of four bagrid catfish populations (three wild populations collected in Tuyên Quang, Phu Tho, Ha Giang and a cultured population in Hai Duong). These markers were registed Genbwith the code of KJ873116, KJ873117 and NC 023976 for HM7, HM8 and SS1, respectively. All of the loci showed high level of polymorphism with 16 alleles in total which were 5 at locus HM7, 5 at locus HM8, and 6 at locus SS1. Over the past five years, decentralization has been implemented in some legal acts as well as in practice. However, decentralization takes place in only a few areas; also implemented by the regulator, decentralization is not accompanied by appropriate means and resources. In the future, decentralization needs to be promoded with appropriate monitoring facilities.

Tuy nhiên việc phân cấp, phân quyền diễn ra chỉ trong một vài lĩnh vực; còn được thực hiện bởi công cụ lập quy, và phân cấp phân quyền chưa đi cùng với những phương tiện, nguồn lực tương ứng. Trong tương lai, phân cấp, phân quyền sẽ cần tiếp tục thúc đẩy, nhưng đồng thời phải có các phương tiện giám sát thích hợp
