The model is developed with purpose of providing direction for researchers to empirically examine relationships among demographic variables, innovation characteristics, performance expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions and effort expectancy, funding availability and environment and business performances. This study uses the secondary research data which is collected from different sources as books, journals, research papers and other online and print media (publications) on the subject. The main method used in this study is the content review and analysis. The author suggests that an empirical study should be done to confirm if relationships of variables exit or need to be changed to adapt with the currents of the destination to increase business performance. Companies in an innovation ecosystem use strategic tools to connect different business units. The systematic literature review was used to search for the articles used in this review. Google Scholar search engine was employed to filter the references of each selected paper. In total, 41 papers published in journal and conference proceedings have been used for the review. The review shows that companies challenges as shortage of willingness to share insights and intellectual property, confusion over management methods need to create sustainable value, lack of coordination within the ecosystem, lack of an innovation plan, failure to pay attention to a new set of risks and costs associated with network-types of practices when innovating through an ecosystem. Resulting from the globalization, there exists the fierce competition in all of organizations in ... more Resulting from the globalization, there exists the fierce competition in all of organizations in Vietnam. In higher education, education quality are built up by many factors in which lecturers are the cornerstone for the determination and the development of the education quality, organization performance and competitive advantage, especially for sustainable development. This study is to identify factors and their impacts on job satisfaction, organizational trust and lecture’s commitment and to formulate recommendations on the lecturer’s commitment to universities in Ho Chi Minh City. Both of the qualitative and quantitative methods have been used with techniques as EFA, CFA, SEM from the 772 surveyed samples as university lecturers. The finding expresses job satisfaction and organizational trust have a positive impact on the lecturer's commitment. Additionally, the research shows it limitations by its samples the new researches.

Entrepreneurship is often considered a male-gendered concept and carries masculine connotations. ... more Entrepreneurship is often considered a male-gendered concept and carries masculine connotations. However, the importance of women entrepreneurs and their contribution to the economy has recently been realized. Over the years women are seen in Nigeria business ecosystem as an unequal gender coupled with the cultural heritage of Nigeria where each woman is expected to be submissive. Women entrepreneurs struggle with gender discrimination, financial constraints, work-family conflict, lack of infrastructural support, unfavourable business and political environments, lack of entrepreneurship education, and personality-related barriers. These obstacles negatively impact the profitability, growth and survival of women-owned businesses. Our paper provides insights into the drivers, barriers and strategies women entrepreneurs adapt to survive and grow their businesses. To achieve this goal, an unstructured questionnaire was employed to elicit information from participants. This study informs entrepreneurs, policymakers and the research community of the survival strategies adopted by women entrepreneurs in Nigeria to deal with the challenges they are facing.

This work aspires to inspect the relationships of the marketing, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty in Vietnamese dairy retail stores in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The study employs to methods of qualitative and quantitative. The qualitative technique is gone with the related literature and theories, consultations with 6 academic researchers, 27 business owners, and 15 managers, group discussions and 3 in-depths planned interviews with 30 random customers. The quantitative tool is done with 200 surveyed questionnaires with the customers in milk product retail stores in Ho Chi Minh city. Linking Mission Statements Components to Management Effectiveness

This study examines mission statements and management effectiveness in “first generation” insuran... more This study examines mission statements and management effectiveness in “first generation” insurance companies in Nigeria. Content analysis method has been applied with the mission statements and data collected from annual reports (2013-2018) of six insurance companies. In terms of the data analysis, Pearson correlation and descriptive statistics have been employed. The results suggest that the mission statements’ components including the product/service, growth orientation, competences, public image and personnel are crucial for management effectiveness proxied by two ratios of return on equity (ROE) and return on assets (ROA). The study, therefore, recommends that businesses must include in their mission statements, product/service, growth orientation, competences, public image and personnel mission statement components. The study drawback is the small sample size. The study has also proposed area for further research and managerial implications.

Drawing on transaction cost economics (TCE) and social exchange theory (SET), this study shed light on the link between supplier relationship management (SRM) practices, customer relationship management (CRM) practices and business performance. The paper uses surveys conducted on microfinance banks operating in Nigeria. This study used correlation and regression to analyse the direct influence of SRM practices and CRM practices on business performance. Data from 307 respondents affirm that supplier relationship management practices and customer relationship management practices increase business performance. Furthermore, supplier relationship management practices and customer relationship management are significantly correlated with financial health, market and sales performance and operational performance.
