The population in this study were all customers of the Ambon City Water Supply Company which is 9000 customers. This study aims to determine the strategy of human resource development through education and tra... more This study aims to determine the strategy of human resource development through education and training in the Office of Manpower of Makassar City, Using a qualitative descriptive approach. The main instrument of this research is the researcher himself using handphone tools and field notes that is by recording data related to the object of research in the field. Data collection was done by observation, interview, and documentation. Data were analyzed using three-stage model, i.e., data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results showed that the human resource development strategy through education and training at Manpower Office of Makassar City is in good enough category based on the focus of this research, namely: 1) the determination of needs has been set fairly well, 2) the targeting is also located in good enough category, 3) the determination of program content is in good enough category, 4) the learning principles, program implementation, benefit identification, and the assessment implementation also show good result.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di Bappeda dan Statistik Kabupaten Bone. Penelitian ini menggunakan Penelitian ini menggunakan Jenis penelitian eksplanatori dengan pendekatan kuantitatif (positivism). Penelitian ini menggunakan dua jenis data, yaitu data sekunder dan primer.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Komitmen organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Komitmen organisasional dapat terlihat dari karakteristik pekerjaan, karakteristik struktur dan pengalaman kerja. Komitmen organisasional dapat terlihat dari karakteristik pekerjaan, karakteristik struktur dan pengalaman kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Pegawai pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kabupaten Takalar yang berjumlan 130 orang. Jadi anggota sampel yang akan diteliti dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30 pegawai.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan angket, observasi dan dokumentasi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemenuhan kebutuhan fisiologis dalam bentuk penerimaan insentif bagi hasil kerja, dan jaminan kesehatan baik bagi pegawai maupun keluarganya mendukung peningkatan motivasi kerja pegawai pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kabupaten Takalar.

The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and documentation with a population of 36 people. While the data analysis technique used is a descriptive statistical analysis using percentages and for inferential statistical analysis techniques using data normality test, product-moment correlation analysis, and simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the working facilities at the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Office of Gowa Regency were in a very good category. The rapid growth of modern trade businesses sometimes makes the traditional markets less desirabl... more The rapid growth of modern trade businesses sometimes makes the traditional markets less desirable so that many of the traditional traders are turned to modern trade setting. This study aims to explore the modern shop structuring policy implementation in the District of Mamajang, Makassar City. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques are done through interviews, observations and documentation. Data are analyzed using qualitative analysis methods, namely data analysis techniques using data reduction, presentation of data, as well as drawing conclusions. The results of the study based on the indicators studied showed that the implementation of a modern store management policy in the Mamajang District of Makassar City still needs to be optimized. The results show that the effectiveness of implementation only occurred in the characteristics of the policy, namely the clarity of policy content and the extent to which the policy had theoretical support, while other indicators showed ineffective results. Therefore, some suggestions are given as a reference to increase the effectiveness of the implementation of modern shop management policies in the District of Mamajang, Makassar City.

The population is a family business entity of 1,455 units with a sample of 150 obtained by purposive proportional random. The analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with LISREL software. The results show that strategic assets and market orientation have a direct and significant effect on the performance of the family business in the city of Makassar. This finding reinforces the views of experts and the results of research that human resources, knowledge management, organizational capabilities, and experience of business actors are organizational strategic assets.
